'54 Stream

40 minutes north of Manhattan on the southern edge of Harriman State Park this unique fully restored, historic 1954 Airstream Cruiser comes equipped with all the functionality of the modern world. Perched beside a stream and under a purposely built pavilion the Airstream dream comes alive with its own private patio, fire pit, and barn. With exclusive use of our inground heated pool from June to September guests of the Airstream can relax and swim after a hike in the woods.  

Swiftwater

Stunning glamping tent built on a large custom deck with river views and steps leading down to the riverfront, sits right on the Lackawaxen River's edge. The tent is furnished with a luxurious queen-size bed. Your rental booking includes full use and access to our 2-bedroom/1-bathroom guesthouse with a full kitchen, which is also located on the property. 

We have two beautiful fire pits for your enjoyment: one behind the guesthouse and a second just in front of the tent at the river's edge.

Welcome to Malouf's Mountain Sunset Campground, a hike in- hike out fully catered camping resort. We supply almost everything you needed to have a relaxing stay in the woods.Established in 2006, our campground is nestled in the foot hills of the Fishkill Ridge.
Camping without a car? No camping gear? No Problem!
Wait until you see the bathhouse - hot showers on one side, flush toilets on the other, and in the middle, sinks for cleaning up and sinks for dishes. There are also two dryers in case your gear gets wet.
We created Primitive sites for the novice camper as well as Platform Tent Camping for the less experienced. 
The owner, Dick Malouf,  wanted to create a location where everyone could enjoy a hike and a place to stay under the stars.

Robibero's Retreat

Originally the Wallkill summer camp in the 70's we have turned this property into one of the Hudson Valleys premier wineries. Owned by the Robibero Family since 2003, we have revamped the entire property to be a quite and peaceful nook with gorgeous VineyardsWinery by day, campgrounds by night. Our secluded field is the perfect spot to pitch a tent and enjoy a night away from the noise. A roaring fire is a must as you can sit around in our tables and chairs and feel the heat from our 10 foot diameter fire pit! Many local hiking, fishing, and climbing spots nearby just a few miles away from our location. Bring your pet! Toilet also available.Just a 5 minute drive into the historic town of New Paltz and you will find many unique shops and great restaurants to indulgePlease call the winery for availability if you are interested in tastings.

The Mountain Top @Wright's Farm

 It all started when grandfather Charles B Wright first establish this farm in 1904.   He purchased it for its natural springs.   In our barn (now home to Gardiner Brewing Company) he had gravity fed water troughs for his cattle.   Since then we have slowly switched from animals to tree fruit.    You will enjoy rolling hills of fruit trees and fruit gardens along with beautiful views of the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge.  We have 450+ acres so it in very private.  

As we are a working farm, you can see us driving pass with our tractors or maintaining the orchard around your campsite on occasion. You are welcome to ride your bikes, hike or jog where you will pass ponds and a working farm landscape. Please don’t pick our fruit. If you would like to enjoy the fruits of our labor please visit our farm store open year round on the premises where we sell cheeses, our fresh picked fruit and veggies, local meats, and our famous cider donuts along with other farm products. We also have a farm brewery open 3-7 in our old dairy barn for you to enjoy. Live music Saturdays and Sundays. Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Reserve are only 10 minutes away. The rail trail is three minutes away. This trail gives you walking and biking access into New Paltz, where there is tons of restaurants and lots of shopping. 
Please be aware that during the months of September and October there may be a Pick-Your-Own customer or two walking around picking apples around the campsite area between the hours of 10:00-6:00. You are also welcome to come down to the farm market and purchase bags to pick your own apples in season.

Boulder Point Camp

We have 40 acres with miles of trails through the property. It is located on the hudson valley wine trail so there are tons of wineries to access. We are in the mountains with great climbing, next to a state park. The campsite is on top of a massive boulder that looks out over the grounds with tons of wildlife surrounding. On a dead end road in the middle of the woods with no other houses within sight. 

***PLEASE NOTE: BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON.

This is a small campground. We do have one Glamping site as well as well as a
super luxurious pool house
 available.

We rent small retro RV's as well, see our other listings!!

There are 40 acres here to explore with small streams, wetlands and forests.

We have 4 modern brand new bathrooms with a hot showers in a beautiful new
bathhouse with a charging station for phones and tablets.

Its pretty amazing!!!!!
 We do have sulfur water, its great for your skin but smells!

Each site usually has a 2 chairs, a table , a grill and a fire ring.....

We also offer 3 vintage campers for a unique glamping experience. We have a 1984, a 1975 and a 1966 all with solar electric lighting. Running water is located at the camp store.

Our sites are
in the middle of the 40 acres of beautiful undeveloped land to explore or just enjoy the quiet. There are no street lights to block the view of the night sky and the fire flies are something to see.

We still have all the cool stuff like tons of restaurants, breweries, wineries & vineyards, and farms all around.

Boulder Point Camping is centrally located among indoor and outdoor activities, great restaurants, local shops, and antiquing.
We are close to loads of hiking trails, state parks, restaurants, creeks, swimming, fishing and more.
Sam's Point, Ice Caves Mountain, and Minnewaska State
Park just to name a few!
 In addition there are plenty of microbreweries, wineries, and farms where you can pick your fruit right off the tree (or vine) as the case may be.
We are also a few minutes from Angry Orchard, Gardiner Brewing Company, and Baldwin Vineyards and many many others...

Dogs welcome with an additional $20
 fee.

We can accommodate small vans, popups
and RVs as well.

Check in is at 3 pm

Check out is a strict 12 pm
unless prior arrangements have been made.

WE HAVE A STRICT 30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY, TRYING TO MOVE YOUR DATES IS THE SAME AS A CANCELLATION AND TREATED THE SAME.

Although we stayed in the Pool House Glampsite, Rich also offers tent camping on his 40 acre property.

The pool house sleeps two, has a kitchen with a fridge and sink, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The approach to the property starts to set the stage for its wooded seclusion.

This tent site is nestled in the woods next to boulders and trees.

Reigning Hope Mini Farm

Purchased in September 2016, our farm was once part of a larger farm adjoining our property. Our neighbors 27 acres where part of the original farm as well. where they still grow vegetables, collect honey from their bees, and maple syrup from our trees, all of which is available at the farm stand next door.Learn more about this land:Our small, sweet farm is a wonderful place to stay! We offer a private camping site on the other side of our pond with wooded trails! A great place to recharge, find love, faith, and hope. Come enjoy the beauty which includes our animals. We have driving ponies, ducks and chickens, and sometimes farm fresh eggs are available. Our farm is quiet, lovely and peaceful! Near our farm you can find many activities including: Angry Orchard, Lego Land, Goshen Historic Track & Trotter's Museum, West Point, Minawasca & Mohonk, the Hudson river. There is also a local gun club that is open to the public. Wineries, dining, horseback riding, Woodstock Museum, Renegades Baseball Stadium, Monticello Race Way and our favorite, many local farm stands. p&gt;
