This is a working farm and we have dogs, sheep, goats as well as other animals. Adding yours into the mix of animals has proven to be more hassle than what it's worth.
I've been at this for 16 years. Please ask questions before booking. Sneaking your dog(s) in doesn't work.
We live on 40 acres of my husband's grandfather's original 160 acre homestead. We are the only ones still farming. They rest of the family have either sold off their land for big bucks or have built homes on it. We enjoy sharing our little piece of paradise in the Gallatin Valley.

McKenzie was great. She was very quick to reply to questions and super accommodating. Our check in time changed a couple of times d/t unforeseen delays getting to Montana - but she was really easy to work with and understanding.
The 5th wheel was great. Lots of space and well kept. Bedrooms were a nice surprise (bigger than appeared in the pics). Shower was hot and plenty large enough for me (6 ft and 245lbs) to clean up. Water and heat were included and welcome.
The view of the mountains out of the camper door were a pleasant way to wake up and her property was secluded enough and well kept. Easy instructions and only about an hour north of Bozeman.
Would def stay with her again if we made it back up this way.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is absolutely beautiful and you can feel the love and care that has gone into creating this little oasis. My kids especially loved all the thoughtful activities and creative touches—it kept them happily entertained and made the trip extra special for our family. Weekend Trip to The DET Place Hideaway
When I pulled up to Mackenzie‘s RV, I was a little dismayed to see it parked next to the house but then we met Mackenzie and changed our minds. She was lovely and the RV was so nice and comfortable. My kids loved it. We had a bonfire and walked around and saw the horses. It was a perfect place to stay. We spent time at Canyon ferry the Madison River. This spot OSS really a gem!

Such a great place, that we ended up extending our stay 4 more days! Host is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Great communication. Plenty of space for me and my 3 kiddos. We loved our time at Pamela’s property. The cabin was quaint and comfortable. The property provided for some neat activities for my kids. They loved the music room and just getting to hang out. We only needed one night for a baseball tournament in Helena but would definitely want to go back again and have more time around the fire.

This was such a wonderful get away! We stayed here after our Yellowstone adventure on the way to Glacier National Park. Pam was so accommodating and her property is lovely. The soaking tubs outside at sunset were so cool and all the outside activities were a great addition. Will definitely have to come back for a longer stay. You could have your entire own wellness retreat here. Make sure to drink the glacier water for the well! It was the best water I've ever had.

Such an adorable place! Rarely do I find sites that are so kid friendly and even rarer mid AND dog friendly. Only problem that we had was it was HOT in the cabin at night after a full day, but our host was so helpful and brought us a box fan to cool it off quicker.
The hosts were so kind and we really had a wonderful stay.

What a beautiful, peaceful place with a very accommodating host. The cabin and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was lots to do and I had a great time with my son. We were there for a little league baseball tournament and it was so nice to have a quiet and affordable place to relax between games. Loved all the lights at night. We will definitely be back! Beautiful campsite! The directions provided were clear and the place was easy to find. We stayed in the two bears cabin and it had enough space for the three of us to be comfortable.
Pamela's place has so many fun amenities! We played with the board games available in the cabin. We also played horseshoe and used the meditation room which was lovely! 😊 There are other things to do like lasso and cornhole.
Pamela also recommended some fun experiences nearby which we always appreciate!
Overall, it was a lovely stay and if we lived closer we would come by often!
