The property features a beautiful private swimming hole on a creek that winds around the dome on 3 sides, perfect for floating on an inner tube or enjoying the many beaches. A bridge leads to a private island that is surrounded by the creek most of the year. 

Your accommodation is an off-grid, solar-powered Geodesic Dome, equipped with insulation, heating, and air conditioning. It's located in a beautiful patch of the property, on the edge of the creek and includes a toilet and sink, as well as two queen beds for a comfortable stay.

There is also a large 33-foot diameter elevated round deck with a table for 12 and a barbecue, situated next to an unground natural stone pool, which you have full use of.

Site provides a handmade rock fire ring and willows for privacy. Fire may not be available if it is dry conditions. Good fishing right out of your tent, short drive to several acres of public ground, ATV access, hiking, and mountain biking. This is an 80-acre working ranch with cows, sheep and hay so you may have to drive through the cows and you may have to deal with cowpies :-). Great cell service and private property on both sides, easy access to campsite. 10-minute drive to historic Grant Kohrs Ranch, old prison museum and many other unique Montana experiences.

The Brothel is located upstairs above the Saloon.  Featuring two queen size beds, a full bath complete with deep soaking clawfoot tub and private balcony.

Rainbow Gulch Farm

A small family farm working toward sustainability. Easy to access from I-90, drive in camping for a stop overnight or a home base while you explore the many attractions nearby.  For others, a walk in remote woodland camping experience with complete solitude after check in.Learn more about this land:...or in the adjoining field anyway! We are 20 miles east of Missoula, MT near the Kettlehouse Ampitheater in Bonner.  Our location is halfway between Yellowstone and Glacier National Park.  There are mountain bike paths, river access points for paddling, rafting or fishing within minutes of our land. We can even help you know where to go. Our land is surrounded by Nature Conservancy land with a public recreation easement, so you can hike and take your horse for a ride very easily. In a vehicle, you can pull into one of our pastures for your stay. Where you are depends on which field the sheep are eating! Tents also work in the field. We do not have any hookups. The fields are that - pasture fields. There are quiet neighbors across the fence. We are happy to offer advice about local attractions via messaging due to covid (rather than in person). This is pack it in, pack it outDuring the pandemic we ask that you wear a face covering if you have a reason to talk with us, even across the fence out of an abundance of caution since most of you are traveling from out of state. Tours are also temporarily suspended.

Located on a working cattle ranch in the secluded Flint Creek Valley, our hand built ranch offers 360 degree breathtaking mountain views and lush fields of free range grazing livestock. Your campsite is backed up to a large mix of deciduous and evergreen trees, offering both wind protection and ample shade.  We do have a 30 amp hook and water as well.
