The cabins are within walking distance from one another if you are interested in renting multiple cabins for a family reunion or such, but not visible from each other to allow for privacy from other guests. The only sounds you'll hear are the wind in the trees and the occasional critter come to spy on our guests! With identical floor plans, each cabin sleeps 4-6 and has a carpeted upstairs loft area with bathroom, closet, a queen bed and two twin beds. The bathroom is equipped with a single sink, toilet, shelves, mirror, and shower. The open downstairs living area features wood floors and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven with cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, and dishes, and a sitting area with a pull-out sleeper sofa (either full or queen) or twin bed in the back room. Each cabin also has both a front and back porch with charcoal grill and furniture for enjoying the outdoors. Please bring your own drinking water as the well water has sulphur in it. Each cabin is equipped with a propane heater and wood stove, and we're happy to get the fire started for you if you need a bit of help. During the summer, the cabins stay cool in the shade of the woods with a window AC unit and ceiling fans. We do not have WIFI. We do have televisions and DVD players available for watching movies. Four nights here is the perfect amount of time to reset and return to the world. Recommend the route from the East through Alva even if you have to circle around. Double recommend if you have passengers prone to motion sickness. Triple recommend because Alva is cute, and has Melancholy Coffee Roasters.

We stayed in the modern cabin #1 and had a very pleasant stay. The campground is small and backs up to a creek. You're close to Branson attractions but not in the middle of them like on the strip. I highly recommend you check them out if your headed to the area.

The farm was wonderful. Was visited by goats and an alpaca also several very friendly dogs hung out with me while stargazing. Myke and Claire are wonderful hosts! Very much appreciated the warm cabin this cold December weekend! The hilltop/hammock area has an amazing view of the night sky. So happy to have watched the 2025 Geminids from here and would totally stay out here again.

Cabin was large, two bedrooms, couch and loft. Every was very clean and well stocked. Staff is helpful and the park is cozy. Water had sulfuric smell, it’s like mineral water coming out of the faucet 😜

This was my second time staying at this property! Always a wonderful visit. I wouldn’t have thought it could get better than the first time but somehow it did. Claire & Myke are so kind and are excellent hosts with a beautiful property that has so many thoughtful fun details! Great for exploring!

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! The bunkhouse is cozy and the hosts provide many thoughtful amenities. The property is lovely and we'll maintained. We had fun exploring! Close enough to Springfield to enjoy activities, then retreat away from the city.

The cabin was well put together, and my family loved the charm of the ranch. Having a hot outdoor shower was wonderful. Even as a family of 6, it seemed like there was plenty of extra room to move around the cabin when needed. The kids loved the experience, and the parents were more than satisfied. Our only gripe is that we didn't plan more time to explore. Next time we'll have to stay a couple days at least!

Weekend Trip to Explore the Ozarks - Dockley Ranch

Wow! I can’t say enough good about this place. My fiancé and I rented the whole campground for our joint bachelorette/bachelor party. The grounds are beautiful and it has a fantastic view of the hillside. Both the cabins are cute and cozy with water and coffee inside. The outdoor kitchens are great for a large group. Plenty of outlets around and lots of grills as well. We did the outdoor movie the first night which was super fun and I highly recommend! We got to feed and pet the goats who were so cute. The hike to the falls is well marked and the falls are very pretty. Claire and Myke are attentive and fun loving and I am so happy I booked this place for our party. All of my friends had the best time and can’t stop talking about how we want to come back!

The bunkhouse was a perfect getaway for my little family of three plus our two fur babies. It was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our daughter enjoyed the play area and connecting/playing with Teresa's kids and others staying on the property. It was a wonderful family place! We can't wait to go back when the berries are blooming.

Great location near everything you may want to do while visiting. The campground has a great area to explore down at the water too. The cabin was nice and clean. The bathhouse (if needed) is also very nice.

The land is very beautiful and the cabin is quite cozy! The hosts and very kind, helpful and prompt. They have 5 dogs and they are so sweet and great company! They stayed with us for 2 days except when in the cabin. It is a great comfort, being a mom of girls in the woods. We love them, the goats, the land and the cabin. Can't wait to explore more when it gets warmer.
