What a great little spot! Nestled in a nice valley with tall trees and a nice daytime view. Our host, Bryan, was awesome and helpful. Honestly we could have just stayed extra nights and hung out with him. Great little diamond in the rough.

Brian was very accommodating for me. The spot was close to all my needs - biking, mostly. The property had several wild visitors at night that made it feel even more like camping. Those visitors were not dangerous at all. Good trip!

This place was 10/10, absolutely awesome. Hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, communal hang out space, showers, coffee, snacks, bike wash! It had everything we needed and could possibly want. Jeremy was very attentive, friendly, and made us feel comfortable to make ourselves at home. I had to do some remote work, and having the lounge with a tv was so very welcoming while it rained for two days straight. We will be back!

Beautiful property, And extremely accommodating hosts! Free firewood, Fire pits at each site, And a big communal fire pit. Plus size port-a-potties, And amazing outdoor shower with propane tankless hot water heater. I will definitely stay here again. I would recommend not choosing one of the numbered sites, and choosing the best site of available when you get there based on shade requirements. A few of the sites have zero shade.

I loved sleeping in the yurt! What a special treat after a long day of singletrack! The back 40 is super close for solitude and the greenway made it so easy to get downtown for coffee.

I love this spot! I've been a few times now and plan to return! The trails are super close. I spent the night in a fabulous yurt and did a singletrack century. Fresh water, great vibes. Its location is perfect. Easy access to downtown and the back 40. Super clean!
