We had a wonderful time camping at this site. Decor was fun and holiday themed. Staff was friendly and kind. Very attentive. Neighbors were fun. Our kids had fun on the playground equipment. Plenty of room for running and ball games. We had a nice fire. Didn't get to try the gem mining b/c we ran out of time. The area was great for walking. Overall great stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The site was flat and easy to get in and out of with my trailer. The shower house and bathroom facilities were well maintained and clean.
The location is beautiful and the dog park was such a great bonus. My furry kids loved to have a place to run art and blow off some steam.

Greeted by very friendly ladies as we checked in. Directed us to our campsite and told about all the amenities. Loved the clean pool and the restrooms were a 10!!

Askews Landing is truly a hidden gem in Mississippi. The scenery is breathtaking, with lush landscapes and tranquil waters that make it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. My wife and I had a fantastic time renting the paddle boats—gliding across the peaceful lake was both relaxing and fun. The area is also a great spot for fishing, with plenty of quiet corners to cast a line. Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventure or just a serene place to unwind, Askews Landing is a must-visit destination. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Safe and secure. Gated, well-maintained, beautiful property. Felt very safe. Stay was the peaceful respite that I needed after a long day of driving. Ron, the caretaker, was a wonderful, welcoming host. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if traveling through the area.
