Owner is pretty flexible on campsite selection. There are many acceptble areas such as wooded, grassy lands, older wooded, cut lawn, very early stages of forest, water front (25ft pond area), tree house deals and such (building) considered.

Learn more about this land:Located on 11 acres with a swimming pond and small beach, fishing and a water trampoline, slide and launcher. There is also a campfire pit located down by the pond. We have a few trails cleared out through our woods that can be explored. We have 2 horses, two cats and three dogs. There is also a paved bike trail across the road from us that can be accessed.Electrical is available however, it is very poor and will not run an a/c unit!
