Outhouse on site, newly planted fruit trees on site, very rustic, serene, beautiful, access to the Milky Way, and meteoroid showers. One mile from launch into South Arm of Lake Charlevoix, and less than 0.5 mile to Jordan River Rogers Road access. Beautiful and peaceful area. Located in Lake Charlevoix Watershed Area. Visit some of the local beautiful farms such as Friske's, Lavendar Hill, local farmers markers, and vineyards! There is a casino located in Petoskey on Little Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan as well as Mackinaw, and are a short drive away! Take a jump off the breakwall, or visit the newest bridge at Boyne Mountain Resort, just a stone's throw away! Relax in peace, the woods, and enjoy a little slice of heaven. We love this place. The cabins right on your own little piece of beach is perfect. Our kids love spending a day just throwing rocks into the lake and swimming.

Had the best time reconnecting with friends here and plan to come back next summer. The cabins were clean and the grass on the property was luscious and great for pitching our tent. Kind of close to neighbors but still private enough to not bother each other. We liked that it was close enough to a small trading post that had all the supplies and drinks we needed.

The cabin is spacious and stays cool under the trees. I loved the quietness of the forest and the great variety of birds. The chipmunks and I shared the deck together. I’ll definitely go back

Nice lake view for watching freighters and the bridge. Rocky beach not the best for swimming. Provided two types of firepits and wood. Cabins were dated but very nice.

2 nights at Blissfest Festival Farm
We enjoyed staying in the Cabin 1. It was clean and perfect size for a couple with a dog. The washrooms were clean. The location is very convenient to make day trips to everywhere close by. (Historic Fishtown in Leland the Mackinaw Island, Traverse city, the Earl Young's Mushroom Houses, Tunnel of Trees scenic drive ) beautiful area to discover and enjoy what they offered. We had a Hungarian Mudi sheepdog enjoyed the freedom in the green fields. I describe this place that Freedom -Nature-Music as an old time 'hippi camp for everyone who loves being in nature. Thanks for your hospitality.

Weekend Trip to LTBB Rental Cabins
We enjoyed 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend, simple cabin set up - appreciated the bathroom and small kitchen area… (normally tent camp) Queen and twin bed in each cabin as well. The beach was wonderful for rock hunting, we saw a bald eagle swoop down while eating breakfast out there too! Close to the bridge - great starting point for a UP and/or Mackinac Island day trip!
