Riverside Camp at Brandmoore

This is a very historic area with the Salmon Falls River being big enough for gundalows to travel to bring goods upriver in the 19th century. Story has it that cows were brought to New England on this land!Learn more about this land:Set up your tent in a flat, grassy area near the Salmon Falls River. In the barnyard of our dairy farm while being very peaceful and clean. You may hear the cows in the morning!There is a covered 'sawmill building' with a picnic table for you to enjoy.

Cabin in the Woods with Views

Off-grid cabin in Maine. We can't wait for you to come stay.Learn more about this land:Stay in our cozy cabin nestled in the Oak Trees of Waterboro, Maine. This is an off-grid, generator-run cabin, where you'll be surrounded by nature. The perfect place to unwind and unplug if you're looking for a peaceful getaway. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a wood-burning stove, outdoor pizza oven, and indoor fireplace. The property sits on 35 acres, with trails all around for you to explore. Take a hike, ride your bikes, or make the short drive to Ossipee Lake (~4 miles away) where there's incredible kayaking and canoeing. We can't wait for you to come and enjoy your stay! Beautiful land on Salmon Falls River. Property has deck for fishing, and launch for kayaks.Learn more about this land:Large land lot on the NH/ME border. Right on the Salmon Falls River. Great kayaking spot. Secluded fire pit for campers only. Fish off our deck, light a fire and pass around smores while telling ghost stories. Then wake up to the fog rolling off the river, next to chickens playing in the garden. Take a trip down the river in your kayaks or canoe and then call it a day.Site is for tents only. Parking is available for free on the private street in front of the house. At this moment, we only accept 1 night reservations. Firepit is provided,  firewood must be brought in, or can be purchased from host if needed. Commode is also on site. This is a pack in pack out site. 

Browns Ridge Family Farm!

We are one of the first farms in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire and was originally the first stage coach stop for the area. Our house built in 1750s and at one point had hundreds of acres passed down which were passed down
from a kings grant The original area was named after the original settlers, the
Browns. Our house
was also
tavern in the beginning. This property has only passed hands through 4 families and remained with the Browns for most of its life.
 It has stayed as a farm for most of its tenure. We own 40 acres of pasture and woods and would love for you to come stay!

You have the choice of pitching your tent on the grass or on the sandy area just inside the wood line 

There are endless waterways nearby whether you want to visit a stream, a river, or lakes we have it all nearby! 

The Fox and Crow Farm

The Fox and Crow Farm is happy to share their farm and Off Grid cabin with you! Only 1 secluded cabin located in the center of 100 acres and abuts an additional 300 acres of forest land. It is Private! Enjoy our hiking trails and find your way to the Crooked Run River. There is no electricity/running water. It’s “Off the grid”. Solar lighting/shower, outhouse onsite. Handy kitchen and dining area with first floor sleeping. You won't want to leave. Just bring food and drinks and unwind in a certified wildlife habitat.
No pets are allowed at this cabin.
You must hike to the cabin (1/4 mile hike, down hill which means there is a slight climb to get back to your car) So pack light.
The cabin includes some taxidermy and fragrances and the woods are home to bugs and wild animals. Please be sure you understand the overall experience here before booking.
We close our gate to the farm after 6pm to limit traffic through the farm so come prepared for a campfire cooked dinner and plan to relax.
