We are thrilled to begin sharing our cozy tiny cabins with you all while we are wrapping up renovations on The Cedar Lodge!

Our property is tucked away in the small village of New Paris in Southwestern Ohio, with wooded grounds and a picturesque pond - and plenty of birding opportunities, we've been told!

Don't miss the outdoor firepit, nothing better than a bonfire next to the lakefront!

The bathroom has a separate entry, shared between this unit (the Cozy Lakefront Cabin) and our floating tiny home also on the property (the Grey Heron). We ask that all guests be respectful of shared spaces and others' property.

A spacious and luxurious bathroom located conveniently nearby. Including grab bars and a mini-split for personal comfort.

Enjoy the rainfall shower head in this spa-like environment.

Our cozy tiny cabin consists of a studio-style single bedroom with a phenomenal lake-front view!

Historic School Field

This property showcases the Old Cass Union School House built in 1941. Although the building is not yet open for tours the family is in hopes to use the money they save to rennovate this old property and bring it back to its prime. There are so many wonderful stories about this property. Come make more great memories at our home.Learn more about this land:This Campsite provides an almost 6-acre flat field perfect for enjoying campfires, wildlife, history, and fun. This location intersects Ohio, Switzerland, and Dearborn county. This property is close to Rising Star Casino, Hollywood Casino, and the Ohio River. On this property sits the Old Cass Union Schoolhouse that the family is planning on renovating once getting the fund to do so. This is a way for the family to save money to renovate the property. Due to tripping hazards, the family isn't allowing any tours of the school but each stay gets the family closer and closer to their goals. This property is also in a very safe area with cameras on the property for the security of your property. 

Simple Heritage

Approximately 2 acres of both hills and flat space and my home. Mostly Quiet & secluded. Approximately 1/4 acre natural wooded area. A 4’x4’ burn pit is available for RESPONSIBLE use ONLY. And a fenced in area for fully vaccinated 4-legged family members. Frequented by various wildlife, including but not limited to deer & red fox. Close to interstates & several large cities within 2hr drive time.

Carriage House Farm

We are an Ohio Century Farm located in historic North Bend, Ohio.  Single-family owned since 1855, our farm is located only 20 minutes outside of downtown Cincinnati but feels as if you are in the country side.  Our campsites are located within a easy 5 minute walk of our on-farm distillery, winery, market, and food truck.

Part of our 300 acre property is part of the conservation easement that makes up the "Oxbow," a migratory bird and waterfowl area that is popular among birdwatchers in the spring and autumn seasons.  We have a large eagle population along with a host of other raptors.

Basic site includes, cooking grill, picnic table, and fire pit.

Farm market and distillery barn is far enough away to not be a distraction to enjoying the outdoors but close enough to walk to.
