This was my first glamping experience, and I absolutely loved my stay at Totonami Farm. The mountain views are unreal, and the night sky is incredibly clear, you can actually see the Milky Way, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
It was a bit windy during my stay, but the tent was very sturdy and provided excellent protection. The bed was super comfortable, and the setup had everything you could need: phone charger, outdoor sink, and a proper bathroom, perfect balance between nature and comfort.
One of the highlights was the farm itself. They have the cutest pig, who loves playing around with Tobia the dog, which made the whole experience even more special.
Federico and Arisa were amazing hosts, welcoming, kind, and attentive. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Totonami Farm to anyone visiting Hawaii and looking for a truly unique glamping experience.
And don’t forget to try their farm-made honey, it’s delicious and made right there on the property 🍯

I’d honestly like to keep this place a secret; it’s great. Very secluded, not very many amenities or comforts to speak of if you’re tent-camping, but that’s just what I look for. Watch out for that werewolf at night, though..

My friend and I stayed here in our camper van and absolutely loved it! We had stayed at a few other remote locations, so the indoor shower here felt luxurious. We also loved the turf area and used it as a place to stretch at sunset. Definitely recommend.

I loved my stay. The orchard was clean and very peaceful. Be prepared for port a potties and outdoor showers. Sweet animals and nice people live there. It's dog-friendly for friendly dogs. Great spot away from everything. The beach, and good food are a few minute's drive away.

Weekend Trip to Oceanview Farm
Loved every minute of it, we decided to extend our stay! For the North Shore, I would consider ourselves lucky to have found an affordable yet beautiful place. Outdoor shower topped it off! Wish we stayed longer to utilize the amenities. It is very beautiful and would recommend for couples or a friends get away. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Mahalo!

This is a very private location in the jungle with peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Falling asleep to the sound of the creek below was wonderful. A great way to get away and unwind. We love this place. If it rains you will need a four wheel drive to get there which just adds to the fun. I definitely recommend this location. The hosts were accommodating and friendly.

My daughter and I booked a one night stay in a tent at the last minute and were unable to arrive until after dark. Henry was kind enough to guide us back to a site and allowed us to try out a new site they are setting up so we didn’t have to set our tent up in the dark. Though we didn’t get to spend much time there, it was an absolutely gorgeous spot to wake up in and we loved all of the animal and nature sounds. We wish we could have seen more before having to get on the road, but from what we saw…such a cool spot. Henry, thank you for your generosity—we hope to visit again one day!

2 nights at Holomua Farms
We had such a wonderful stay beside the river. The valley is beautiful with so much life. The sound of the river provided a soothing atmosphere all night long and the cabin was cozy and provided the essentials we needed.
My wife and I arrived after a couple days of rain so the road was a little muddy and there are two river crossings, but that was all part of the fun getting there. It was recommended we had a 4x4, so we made sure to rent a Jeep Wrangler and had no problems getting there.
After arriving we were shown around and then left to enjoy the seclusion. It felt like our own private oasis for the next few days. Would definitely come back for a future Oahu escape.

We stayed a few nights - one in a tent and two in the Aloha Mini. For the tent setup, there is a designated spot with a fire pit. The location was close to other north shore spots and easy to find. We didn't interact with the hosts too much, but Henry was kind and easy to get in touch with. We were lucky to stay when it was dry - may be less pleasant when raining but that's no fault of the site. The outdoor shower was really nice. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper - as the listing says, there are roosters, farm animals, equipment, etc!
