If you’ve forgotten toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, cotton pads, and toothpaste are available. The cozy sitting area features a 55" TV with access to Spectrum TV and high-speed internet. Two couches are available—one reclines, and the other transforms into a queen bed or two twin beds. Above the couch, you’ll find baskets with multiple games including Sorry, Monopoly, Yahtzee, Uno, Connect Four, and more. Additional games are stored above the TV in the cabinet and bedroom closet. Playing cards are available in the drawer below the coffee bar. Outside, you’ll find a charcoal grill with charcoal and lighter fluid provided for easy grilling. Firewood, fire starter, and a torch are also provided so you can enjoy evenings by the fire, sipping wine or making s’mores. Four Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit, and a wooden swing offers another relaxing spot. If you enjoy outdoor games, we have cornhole and a “soft version” of axe throwing. There is also plenty of space to play fetch with your four-legged furry best friend. If you like to fish, bring your fishing poles and bait. We have a pond full of bream and bass.

It is 20.54 acres peacefully located between big land owners on each side, and a creek that runs through the middle that separates north from south pieces. Our trails are groomed and some just deer worn. We have one camp site that is rural and rustic. There is a bucket for the restroom and antique, old white kitchen sink for hand washing just outside it. There is no running water yet, but working on getting a water reservoir out there asap. No electricity yet a single power cord could be run for extra $10.00 for your visit. There is a fire pit close to the tent spot on, “Skip’s Campsite”. Another camp site” Aqua-Fine-A” that has a walk in creek access, and you have to cross the creek to get to that one. It is farther away from “Skip’s bathroom access. It has a more established flag stone fire pit. It is our original primitive sight. There is no water reservoir or possibility of electricity at “Aqua-Fine-A” campsite. Everything must be packed in and out on foot. Both sights require a hike to campsites on foot with uneven rooted trails. {You are welcome to use our well loved red wheelbarrow to haul items in}. There is access to a bigger fire pit “M & M fire pit”, and a propane grill option (this is first come first serve/sharing spot). More campsites developing over time and there is a massage practitioner on site if you are looking for the whole experience (29 years experience in healing modalities and shamanic blood line). If you are looking to experience nature cabin style then, “The Minor Escape” is for you. This has a full refrigerator, full stand up filtered water shower, kitchen sink, separate master, two bedroom lofts with ladder access, kitchen sink, ceiling fans, window a/c units for summer and space heaters for winter (Eden pure heater that shows fireplace flames). Our family loves this land and there is always new areas being cultivated in various spots. You will see us out there either with our hobby farm of animals, gardening or building a new area. I am a teacher, guide, artist, and healer. This land is sacred and magical. It is used to heal, restore, inspire and rejuvenate many locally and internationally.

Welcome to your unplugged getaway in rural Georgia! Our stationary 1995 Four Winds RV sits quietly on our small homestead, just 18 minutes from Providence Canyon State Park—known as “Georgia’s Little Grand Canyon.” This cozy camper is the perfect retreat for travelers who want to rest, recharge, and reconnect with nature. Inside the RV, you’ll find an updated interior with modern comforts: a stainless-steel refrigerator big enough for your weekend groceries, a comfortable bed, hot shower, A/C and heat, and a simple kitchen setup for cooking. It’s not a luxury cabin—it’s an RV with character—but it’s clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for your stay. This is a true digital detox stay: there is no Wi-Fi on the property. Most cell carriers have some service here, but many guests love this space precisely because it allows them to unplug. Bring a book, journal, or deck of cards, and let the quiet surround you. Nights are especially magical with clear skies and bright stars far from city lights. During the day, explore Providence Canyon with its stunning red and orange canyon walls, or head to Florence Marina State Park for fishing, birdwatching, and lake views. When you return, you can relax by the RV, listen to the sounds of country life (including our free-range chickens), and enjoy a peaceful evening outdoors. We’re the only RV stay in this area, so you won’t find another experience like it nearby. Guests often tell us it feels like stumbling on a hidden gem—quiet, safe, and refreshing. Whether you’re a couple looking for a budget-friendly weekend trip, a solo traveler craving downtime, or friends passing through on a southern road trip, this space is designed for slowing down. Things to know before booking: • No Wi-Fi (unplugged by design). • Cell service varies by carrier. • This is a working homestead—you may hear roosters in the morning! • No parties, smoking indoors, or pets (to protect our flock). • Please treat our space and animals with care. If you’re looking for a simple, peaceful base near Providence Canyon where you can breathe deeply, sleep soundly, and enjoy a break from screens, this is it. Book your stay today—we’d love to share our little corner of Georgia with you.
