Extremely private, quiet and beautiful!
Reserved for vacationers with RV’s from 26 to 38 foot.
I live on the property and I have two horses, Koda And Lacey ,one dog Uschi And a Cockatiel named Cowboy. The horses have free roam of the property, and there will be manure on the property. It will be cleaned up regularly.
The business Amazing Tails doggy daycare & Boarding is also located on the property. I only take care of 6 to 8 dogs at a time. If you have a dog, you’re welcome to use the facility.
You will be given the combination to the gate once you are a member of our family. Use the code to enter and exit the property.
The monthly fees include 50 amp electric and municipal water. A septic tank is on the property and an RV wastewater tote will be provided for your use. Gray water can be run on the ground do not release sewer water on the ground Releasing sewer water on the ground will result in immediate eviction.
Campsites must be free of litter and trash. All items must be removed or disposed of upon your departure.
No overnight guests are allowed without prior approval
Quiet time is from 9 PM to 9 AM. This is a quiet, peaceful community, and we asked that you observe the quiet hours.
There is a washer and dryer on the property.
There are only 2 sites on the lake filled with ducks, cranes, Blue herons and 3 turtles. And before you ask, there are No Allegators!! No, why is that wrong?
You’ll be in the country yet close to all the modern conveniences and the beaches!

Hosts (avid RV'ers themselves) live on site on the main lot and can help with information on what's available in the local area- grocery stores, fuel, RV dump sites, restaurants, etc. RV parking is on the home's second lot- sites are on each side of a .25 acre lot. A 30 amp plug and fresh water hookup is available for each site. Dump site is close by at a local RV resort. Pets allowed but must be on leash at ALL times and pet waste must be immediately picked up and thrown away. Trash disposal is available onsite. For the sake of the neighbors, quiet hours are from 9pm-6am. Need beach supplies? Ask about our beach umbrella, beach chairs, shark tooth sifters, and beach toys- all available for a low daily rental fee. Welcome to the "Wild and Scenic Myakka River"!
Our 20 acre ranch has everything from Longhorn cattle, to a white sand beach. We like to say our sand is like Siesta Key, except it's...in a swamp. Our property is not too far upstream from the Myakka State park, and parking is never a problem. ;-)
We have a beautiful homestead, and you have the choice of a furnished camper with water and power hookups in our pasture, or 2 primative tent or RV spots on the edge of a beautiful stand of Live Oak trees and Sabal palms along the river.
We have a porta potty on site that is regularly maintained.
Bring your family, bring your dog, bring your friends.....and don't forget to bring a fishing pole!
