A very relaxing stay.Richard was welcoming ,good natured and reliable, a joy to talk with.
I awoke every morning feeling refreshed , and was wooed asleep most nights by the calls of owls and other sounds of the woods and meadows of Enholme .Great facilities,also plenty of nice little or longer local walks.Picnic benches a plenty on site.Spurn point was excellent,the Patrington channel well worth a visit and Patrington itself pleasant and offering good quality groceries and takeaway food. For me this was a perfect camp . Thanks .

Loved this place, we wanted to stay longer! Everything was thoughtfully put together and the pitches felt private. It was lovely having access to barista coffee in the mornings, if we could get out of bed early enough :) For campers to know, the road alongside the property can be quite noisy at night. I enjoyed sitting in the barn and reading from the library, and met some lovely people. Mark was a nice host! Loved the chickens and the cats too.

Really lovely, quiet little campsite, with lots of personal touches - and it was wonderful to be supporting the rebirth of the windmill by staying there! We would definitely stay there again. We had such a fantastic time at this campsite. Was really lovely having the individual pitches and pizza on site. Facilities were also lovely and well thought out with extra touches. Really well equipped cooking facilities.
I don't know if it was because we booked through Hipcamp but we didn't really get any info before arrival and found it a bit tricky to locate our pitch as we couldn't locate the map of the campsite. But a very minor issue!

What an amazing place!! Such a hidden gem. We had a brilliant few days here with our family. The place and people were the best. The site warden couldn't do enough for us and we loved March more than we ever thought we would. The paddle or walk down the river was lovely and the pubs and shops by the river made a great little trip out. We will definitely be back next year!!

Lovely family friendly quiet site, well maintained.
River at the bottom is great, we kayaked and paddle boarded, kids swam in the river too!
Close to large supermarkets (5/7 min drive) and March town in a short drive or 35 walk along the river.
Perfect for a few relaxing days away.
Nice greeting at the toilets in the mornings from Jaffa the cat too 😊

The campsite is great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight issue is there are only 2 toilets and 2 showers, so you have to wait to use these when the site is full. However, having easy access to the river is a massive bonus, we were either on or in the river every day. Paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming or fishing. Overall one of the best sites we have stayed at.
