The ranch been here for many years ( We uncovered a buried Horse wagon from the late 1800's at the back end of the property) . There was originally a very small cabin, but since it was upgraded by the previous owner around 1961 by adding a small kitchen and indoor restroom instead of the "outhouse" . My wife purchased the property about 3 years ago and we been doing intensive cleaning and upgrading of the Rustic property so we can share it with our guests ! Tent camping on the land was beautiful, thankfully our group had the place to ourselves! Loved the privacy and secluded land. Walking the dirt road neighborhood streets was a great exercise without going far. Our dogs loved the off leash opportunity. We will absolutely visit the land again.
Only con our party had was we booked for 3 nights and didn't realize the porta potty was already pretty full, however it didn't smell and was very clean. Next time we do hope to have an emptier potty or access to both.

Lovely spot. So well thought out and cared for. I had always wanted to see the inside of an airstream, so this was a very special experience. Great location for getting around town.

A hidden-away gem. What a fun campsite! The vintage Airstresm trailer is in amazing shape. Decorated and arranged beautifully. Fabian put everything together so nicely. A bowl of fresh rosemary and lemons from their orchard on the table when we arrived. Coffee and cream packs in the fridge. Firewood and kindling and cooking utensils for the BBQ. Lovely little touches everywhere.
Thr amenities are amazing. Full power in the trailer and a bathroom with instant hot water. A smart space heater for the chilly evenings and Alexa to play music and turn on the outside string and accent lights made for a really great nighttime camp experience.
There is a hiking loop that is private to the site and takes you up into the hills with a bench at the top to watch the sunset it was gorgeous!
Overall we can't wait to go back. There is a cabin you can also rent for larger groups they are renovating currently, when they is done, a larger group of friends would make this an incredible site for a getaway weekend. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Caravan Outpost. The airstream was clean and had all the necessities for our stay. The area is safe and well thought out. It is close to downtown as well. Overall, it was a great experience.
