Havilah Pines homestead

1 site · RV, Tent2 acres · Havilah, CA
Located in the national sequoia forest, Havilah pines homestead is a unique place, we are in the middle of a canyon, rural and remote but not too remote, do note that there is no cell service here but we do offer wifi service for a fee. the closest town and Lake is about 20 minutes away. we have the cleanest air in Kern, blue skies most days and stars during the night like you have never seen them in the city! it can get toasty during the day, but once that sun goes behind the mountain it cools off that some times you want to put something on! We are a micro farm growing organic food and practicing non GMO sustainable organic farming methods even our animals eat only organic non GMO feed, among our livestock are chickens, turkeys and guinea fowl, they happily free range on the homestead and produce delicious eggs, if you haven't eaten eggs like free range ones then you must try them! the taste is light years different than the store bought ones... It is a quite and peaceful place(except the roosters and guineas), at night you hear crickets and frogs and early in the morning wake up to a pleasant tune of wild bird's symphony.

The Ki Ranch

1 site · RV, Tent1 acre · Rosamond, CA
Incredible mountain views. The land is 1.25 acres of Zen and serenity. The property is vacant right now with just some desert plants. Great for a romantic getaway, yoga retreat, meditating, hiking in the right weather, and enjoying the mountains and sunsets. Great fun if you have a dirt bike or RV. It's very close to Willow Springs Raceway, the Feline Conservation Center, the local casino, and Edwards Airforce Base. About an hour and a half from LA City. Only 10 minutes from town if you need to get gas, try out a local eatery, or even go gambling.

Dead End Campgrounds RV Sites

5 sites · RVs, Tents3 acres · Wrightwood, CA
Sitting one mile high exactly on the side of the mountain, with views of the desert, mountains, and city lights below! . I have 2 other short-term rentals on the same 5 acres and the reviews have been so amazing I decided to expand to camping, RVs, etc. A large flat lot (50' x100') could host up to about 3 RVs (depending on the size) and tents. There is water, good WiFi, septic hook-up, and electricity in a limited capacity (solar and wind-powered). There are generators available. The property sits up against The Transitionary Habitat nature preserve and there are 350 acres of hiking in the Puma Canyon. You are literally surrounded by nature, a true escape but with the city lights in the backdrop! There are tables, chairs, tiki torches, bean bag toss, horseshoes, and a gas fire pit. The road to the property is narrow and steep, so please consider this when booking. We've had hundreds of groups navigate the roads with no problem, including 48 foot RVs. If you have concerns about whether or not your vehicle can make it, please don't hesitate to message me.

The Lannd

1 site · RV, Tent2 acres · Lancaster, CA
Out in the Mojave desert not for the faint of heart. Bring your own water, toilet paper, food, and camping gear. True dirt camping with rough terrain, wind, heat, rain and snow in the winter. Cars need to be 4 inches off the ground to make. fire pit is in the ground. There is quail lake if you like to fish and there are ATV’s if you drive north. Not sure about the times. Rake around the fire pit before having fires to prevent wild fires. Thank you
