A beautiful lake view just around the corner adds to the tranquility of this peaceful retreat. Country charm conveniently located just 15 minutes from Little Rock and north Little Rock. It has a window unit that is AC/Heater combo. The only downfall is the driveway, which gets flooded during the rainy season. Especially where potholes are. Pre-screening is required; when completed, we will send out the application on Turbo Tenant. Proof of income 3 times the rent, and check stubs required 6 months. Proof of identification, 3 former rental references. Pets have to be pre-authorized by landlord. The lawn is maintenance by the tenants. We really loved the property! Our heeler Ruby had just enough room to walk around after our long drive. we visited family and were minutes from their home. We will return on our next visit if it is available.
