Camp Miramichee Falls is located at the site of the original YWCA Camp Miramichee which was founded in 1916 as a retreat for girls. In 2019, my husband and I acquired and renovated some of the original Miramichee stone cabins. We are located on the Southfork River, in Hardy, Arkansas. We have 1 cabin on the river and 3 cabins a short walk from the river, up a wooded hillside, for rent here at Camp Miramichee Falls. There are a few other privately owned cabins in the neighborhood and we live on the property.

Since then, it has regrown into hardwood forest, dotted with remnants of pine. It feels wild and untouched, despite knowing it's history. And within it, it harbors all manner of waterways, wildlife, plants, and fungi beyond your imagination. We love southern Missouri and hope you come catch a taste of the wildness that is the Forest. Guests may stay in RV, van, or tent sites tucked into our wooded ridge property. The land is still a work in progress as we continue building and improving the homestead, so visitors should expect a rustic, honest setup rather than a fully developed campground.
We do offer electric and water hookups, along with a shower tent and porta-potty facilities for guest use.
The property is surrounded by woods, wildlife, and the natural sounds of the Ozarks. Evenings bring starry skies, quiet country nights, and the peaceful rhythm of rural life.
We also operate a small cottage bakery on the property called Two Roots Rising, and fresh baked goods may occasionally be available during your stay. Our chickens also keep us stocked with farm fresh eggs, which are sometimes available from our small homestead stand when the girls are laying well.
Two Roots Ridge is conveniently located near several Ozark favorites:

Highly recommend!!! It was such a relaxing time. The views are absolutely beautiful, expesicially around sunset! The cabin was nice and clean! Easy to find! Amazing and down to earth hosts!!! Getting to be surround by nature and farm animals was just so peaceful. I enjoyed not having cell service and truly getting to take a step back and just enjoy life and time with my soulmate! Absolutely recommend and will be returning!
