Restored claw-foot tub and new stainless appliances-a GE stove, Microwave, refrigerator, and LG washer and dryer. Two large loft areas are perfect for storage. A beautiful lake view just around the corner adds to the tranquility of this peaceful retreat. Country charm conveniently located just 15 minutes from Little Rock and north Little Rock. It has a window unit that is AC/Heater combo. The only downfall is the driveway, which gets flooded during the rainy season. Especially where potholes are. Pre-screening is required; when completed, we will send out the application on Turbo Tenant. Proof of income 3 times the rent, and check stubs required 6 months. Proof of identification, 3 former rental references. Pets have to be pre-authorized by landlord. The lawn is maintenance by the tenants. Amazing’tiny home’ with all the amenities, including a fire pit with wood provided! I felt very safe and was able to rest peacefully. I would definitely stay here again!

2 nights at Circle H Camp

Very clean. Hot water and pressure was great. Hostess was very quick to respond. Cabin is close to main road but was quiet, we did not hear any road noise but it is located away from town. Convient store was up front made it easy if you needed anything or just wanted to walk over to get breakfast or lunch. Everything you need was provided. No stove but microwave was present. We just needed a place to lay down our head a couple of nights after a long day at an event. Served our purpose and was much cheaper than a hotel and quieter because you don't have people coming up and down the hall way and people all around. You have your own personal space which was nice. Would rent again.

4 nights at Circle H Camp

The cabin was absolutely perfect for us. It sleeps 2 people very comfortably and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the HOT water in the HUGE, roomy shower along with the coziness it provided after each long day of trail riding. The trails were super close and since you are so close to the little store, everything you possibly could need is right there at your fingertips ( especially snacks) we will definitely be visiting again. The private, fenced off area around the firepit was an added hit!!
