This is a camping location with ACCESS to the river, access to OUR farm land, ponds and DNR land. Our camp spots are private and not stacked on top of each other. Right now we have dry camping with outdoor honey buckets. We are wanting something that you can clear your mind, camp In peace. We also offer wood for SALE and all of our sites have wood burning areas. We also have ice and delivery services. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK We are about 45 minutes from ocean beaches, only a few minutes from the best riding, hiking and boating in the world. We have a cute bar and restaurant within a mile. Also gas and groceries are close as well. Boat launch is about 1/2 a block easy access. There is talk about sites at the river, we have some in their premature stage. This is NOT offered through our Hip Camp site!!!!! There are reasons for this: When we initially opened, we allowed people to camp there through Hip Camp and I was getting low stars ratings because Entitled people thought for $28 bucks, they got the whole river to themselves and would fight with other campers. IT JUST GOT TO EXHAUSTING. In the coming years I’m going to try to set up some premium sites on the river and work super hard at getting amenities that will match that price. But for now, Enjoy Camp Hope and the river ACCESS too!! We bought this land in 2017, there were 7 derelict mobile homes on the property. We cleaned up the area and remodeled the house next door and put in the 5 RV sites. We hope you enjoy this property as much as we do, it is a one-of-a-kind beautiful, quiet place. All of our sites have full hook-ups (water, sewer, and power). The sites are just a couple feet from the bay with access to miles of beach hiking. You can walk to Bottle Beach State Park which is approximately 1 mile north or hike about a mile south to Elk River. Enjoy unobstructed views of Westport and the freight ships coming into the harbor. Enjoy a peaceful beach with amazing sunsets. Whether you are surfing for the weekend or tuna-fishing, this is your go to spot - you will not be disappointed. Westport is 7 miles by car and the Westport Winery is only 5 miles. There is two nearby boat launches - one off of Elk River just 2 miles away and the other off of Johns River launch just 6 miles away. We are so excited for the 2026 season! Book your full-venue rental now before spots fill up! We have been busy on some upgrades in the off season including new furniture for the deck site, new sit spots on the trails, new benches and swings located throughout the forest and planting privacy trees. Cant wait to see you this season! We are located on a very private property (the only houses you will see are across the inlet) surrounded by nature but only about 10 minutes from downtown Olympia and 5 minutes from I-5 and Lacey. The property is situated on the very south end of Henderson Inlet. We are on the tide flats so twice a day (at high tide) we have the opportunity to explore on the water in canoes and kayaks. The property is spread over 16 acres and is comprised of two large fields (one in front of our home and the other is a smaller meadow off to the side (hidden meadow) and forest land. There is tons of space for playing, exploring and tiring out your kids and pups! Wildlife is abound with eagles, hawks, owls, falcons, shore birds and a variety of forest birds make this place their home. We are also frequented by the local deer who wonder through and say hi. About the campground: The campground is located in the far northeast corner of the property on the edge of the forest and meadow. In the common areas you will find the porta potty, shower and sink. There is also a supply closet that has the yard games and extra supplies. There is a hot tub situated right on the edge of the forest with peek-a-boo views of the inlet. You will also find garbage and recycling bins. There are trails throughout the forest along the 600 feet of water (tide) front. Along the trails you will find several different benches, seats and swings to relax and enjoy nature from. There are also fairies and gnomes who have been sighted in the forest. If you look closely, you might spot one too! We ware, if you touch a fairy or gnome they do lose their magical powers so please respect the mystical creatures. 😊 The sites are about 500 feet from our house and offer great privacy. You may see us throughout the day and evening coming and going from the campground, working on the property or playing with the kids on the trails!

There is a motor boat launch in the town of Clatskanie, with access to Columbia River. There is also a launch in the city park for kayaking. The Zen Monastery is just 5 miles away. Long Beach, WA is across the Columbia River via the Astoria Bridge. Lounging about the homestead works too.

This property is currently in development. It offers tranquility, with occasional visits from deer. River access is just a short distance away, providing opportunities for fishing, sunbathing, or floating along the Cowlitz River. Just follow the pink flagging from our "Black Tail River Trail" sign at the south end of the grounds along the mowed path into the woods to the river. Approx 750' from the sign. Conveniently located near the towns of Kelso and Longview, and only 2.7 miles from Castle Rock. Two full hookups are available, two water/power sites, along with ample dry camping areas. We have a porta potty as well. Horses are welcome on the property, as are leashed/penned and friendly pets. Dogs can be off leash at the river, but be courteous and aware of other dogs. Please clean up after your animals! Cell phone coverage is good here, we do not have wifi available. We offer firewood for sale (cash) and allow propane fire pits. We also have a community fire pit for our campers, called the Lave Pit, directly across from our dry camp area. We follow the Cowlitz County burn ban, July 15-Sept 30. Motorized off-road vehicles are allowed ONLY for transport of gear to/from the river or for those with mobile disabilities. We ask that you are respectful of the trails and drive slowly. Please note: we will no longer refund due to poor weather. Hipcamp offers insurance for this. No fireworks allowed.

This is a gorgeous park-like RV campground situated between the trees of the arboretum. NO TENTS, please. Also we have NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. Beautiful view of the mountains and forests here in western Washington. We are close to Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Rainier and several lakes. There are walking trails all around the site. The 12 acre campground is located on a 136 acre property that is an active Christmas tree farm. Trails continue throughout the tree farm. Many trails have a view of the Tilton River, which can be reached via a challenging 3/4 mile trail. Sites are on 12 acres planted with many different species of trees that are about 30 years old. Giant Redwoods, Cedars, and Maples are just a few of the varieties present. Part of the farm is still a working Christmas tree farm. The trails are wide and grassy. The old logging road that we use as a trail to the river has an elevation change of about 500 feet, the trail can be quite challenging. Bear Creek empties into the Tilton river at the end of the trail. There is an ART GALLERY where you can learn to pound flowers, see the host's artwork and get a cup of coffee! This is upstairs through the check-in entry-way. Tilton River Studio Gallery. Three sites have electrical hookups. Every site has a water spigot (use a pressure regulator if you want to hook up). No restrooms or sewer hookups. Garbage disposal site (dumpster) available Memorial Day to Labor Day. We look forward to hosting you!

Fish on!! Emerald green River front and swimming hole for adults and children 5 years of age and older. ( Swimming hole is deep) There are lots of shallow places for kids. Let's chat if you want a younger child. I am flexible. All sites have access to the river and the beach. Great for biking, playing on the beach, swimming and exploring the surrounding area. Watch and listen for the magic of the fish jump (fishing allowed with license) Lots of wildlife! Visit the only working covered bridge in Washington State. Bring a kayak or floaties. Ride your bike on a beautiful country road. The water is very amazing and surrounded by woods. There are 2 sites directly on the river and 2 about 50' from the river with a river view. A few miles away is a little restaurant called Duffy's. Open only Thu - Sunday. It is 12 miles to nearest town in both directions for a store and gas. There is a Porta potty and picnic tables. No potable water yet so please bring your own. A contained fire allowed. Wood is available to buy. Most phones get service. No electric at this time. Pet friendly. Pets must be on a leash for their safety. ( You should be able to let you dogs run free down at the end of the beach) Life jackets are highly recommended for people who can't swim. Two sites have a little country rd that is between you and the riverfront that hardly gets used. The river is a stone throw away. Only 26 miles to Astoria Oregon and 34 miles to Long Beach Washington. There is a old farmhouse on the top of the hill that is not lived in. I store my tools in there that I use. All sites are huge.
