All in favor of giddy-upping down the highway for some nature-loving fun? You’ll love horsing around at Windy Saddle Campground located on the rim of Hells Canyon along the Hat Point Road. With seven walk-in tent-only sites and three picnic sites, visitors can enjoy a remote campout or just picnic and look across Hells Canyon at the Seven Devil Mountains in Idaho. The area was heavily burned with wildfires in the past so shade and mature trees are scarce near the campground.Known as a go to spot for locals to camp, hike, and fish you’ll find yourself right at home knowing this is one of the most pristine campgrounds in Oregon. Welcome to Sundown RV Park and Campground, conveniently located right in the town of Grangeville. We are within walking distance of restaurants, grocery store/deli, Family Dollar Store, a department store, hospital and churches. Although a small town, Grangeville is by far the largest within an hour and a half, and has many more amenities than the smaller towns in the area. Most cell phones can get reception in Grangeville, and we have free WIFI. As new owners we knew this little park needed some TLC and improvements so we got to work. So far we have added new gravel, signs, electrical meters, and 4 retaining walls, flower planters, and have worked hard to clean and spruce up the property.

It is quiet and clean with majestic views of the Wallowa Mountains. 20,30,50 AMP Hookups Great Internet We are a very home town laidback RV park. We have wood on site for fire pits and welcome friendly dogs or other pets upon approval. The RV park is on the edge of town in a quiet neighborhood. The school is 100 yards away and has tennis courts, a track, a basketball court and frisbee golf that are open to the public.

The Evans Farm is a Century Farm which has been in our family for three generations (with the fourth generation children enjoying it now). It was a self sufficient family farm for many years with Jersey Dairy cattle, Suffolk Sheep, pigs, quality horses, both Draft and Riding, and a flock of chickens. A large garden supplied family vegetables. A love for the land and the area were all part of the Farm. Located two miles from Joseph, three miles from Wallowa Lake, and close to hiking, fishing, camping, and outdoor adventures, the Farm is secluded but offers easy access to the surrounding area.

Enjoy camping and recreational activities at this beautiful property located right on the Weiser River — with dry camping only (for now)! There are two private roadside spots available that can accommodate tent camping and/or trailers. Spot A is slightly larger, while spot B is a bit smaller — but I’ve parked my 35-foot bumper-pull toy hauler trailer on it before, with the toy door open and plenty of room behind it, no issues at all. Campfires are allowed on both sites; however, you must observe and comply with any fire ban periods. Legal hunting and fishing are welcome on the surrounding BLM land! Please follow all hunting and fishing laws and carry the proper licenses and tags with you at all times while participating. 🚫 Firearms: For the safety of all guests, no discharging of firearms is allowed on the property. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Capacity: Parties of up to 10 people per spot are permitted. (If you need more for a reunion or special event, reach out via text and we can discuss options.) 🚗 Parking: Spot B has limited space — more than two cars may cause parking issues. 🌉 River Access: There’s a small tunnel under the access road near Spot B that provides direct access to the river. 🐾 Pets: Well-behaved dogs are always welcome! The sites are close to the access road, so please keep dogs leashed — some drivers tend to go a bit too fast. Feel free to reach out with any questions — we’re happy to help!

Built in the 1940's by the late actor Eugene Pallette as a hideaway from Hollywood and a Refuge from looming world disaster after World War 2. There once was a cannery, a power plant a sawmill and a 5,000 sq' concrete warehouse built to withstand anything and house years of provisions. Many buildings are still standing and utilized. The past guest list included Cark Gable (Gone with The Wind) Amelia Earhart and her navigator Fred Noonan and Errol Flynn and many more. Located on the shores of the Imnaha river we have 2 miles of accessible, private spots. There is a lot of wildlife here and there is no better place to "unwind" and regroup. Pitch your tent in total privacy along the shores of the River and then kick back and take in all the sights and sounds of Nature. Surrounded by canyons on all sides tucked away in a private Valley is 300+ acres of room to roam along the river. We have firewood and frozen bottles of water for coolers available for an extra charge And have added 3 outhouses. Potable water, picnic tables, and outhouses on site. Pets are welcome. Camp fires are permitted outside of a fire ban. Our guests love staying here: "Camping at the ranch was pure enjoyment. We did not see or hear anything but the rushing river and the surrounding woods. The stars at night we’re amazing and there was plenty to explore on the property and nearby."
