Located on the Gulf side of the island, this campground is paved with gravel, making it a good spot for RVs (up to 71 feet in length) and pop ups.

If you want to spread out, come here; these campsites are the largest in the park. Restrooms with hot showers are nearby, as is a dump station. You’ll also be hooked up with electricity, water, picnic tables, and a grill at each site. Reserve well ahead if you want to get one of the 14 campsites on the water -- talk about waking up to a great view -- but beware the lack of shade.

Features concrete pad with water, sewer and electric to include 110, 30 and 50 amp service. Max RV and transportation vehicle cannot exceed 60 feet. Cable and wifi is not provided however, Wi-Fi is available in the post office common area on the property. Two Pets Are Allowed, Must Comply With Venture Out Pet Rules and Regulations. Our family-owned campground offers convenient RV camping options and vacation rentals. We are the closest campground to Key West, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore Key West and the stunning beauty of the Florida Keys. All sites are back-in sites with full hookup and 30/50amp service. Your one vehicle in addition to your RV must fit in your site, We do not have additional parking, otherwise, the car must be parked outside on the right of way. When booking a site, the length of the RV must include a bumper-to-bumper or trailer tongue-to-back bumper length including any type of bike and motorcycle racks. All RVs must be SELF-CONTAINED as we DO NOT HAVE A BATHHOUSE. We recommend parking at the entrance and walking to your site to be able to plan your approach as most sites are best to back in from the entrance. At Leo's, we do not allow third-party drop-off RV service at our campground, due to a conflict of schedule dropping off and picking up equipment. *Prices are based on 1-2 people and do not include 12.5% sales tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. There is a 2-night minimum stay and a 2-night nonrefundable deposit at the time of reservation for Memorial weekend, 4th Of July week, Labor Day weekend, and Holiday break from December 20 to January 1st. There is a 4-night minimum for Fantasy Fest's 10-day celebration, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of reservation and a 50% non-refundable balance is to be paid a month before arrival. Monthly reservations require a $250 nonrefundable deposit at the time of making the reservation, and they can only be made over the phone or in person.

Venture Out is a residential condominium association with both RV site and unit rentals available on a weekly and short-term basis. Most rental units are waterfront with boat dockage. This 2800 square foot lot is located in a very special resort with a 57 foot seawall to tie your boat up to, kayak off of, or just sit and enjoy your 180 degree unobstructed view of the ocean. Palm trees and tropical foliage separate the lot from neighbors. In fact, the lot has some shade and some sun on it all day long. From here you can explore the third largest coral reef in the world diving, snorkeling, fishing, and going to the the sandbar. You can also enjoy the pool, hot tub, tiki beach, and marina. Some of our favorite things to do are swimming with the dolphins, and para sailing 300 feet up so you can see the whole reef and wild life from above. This very special ocean front lot is available from May 1st-October 31st every year. Please be aware that there is a one time resort fee of $125 which covers all six people in your group. The resort limits six people per campsite. Each site can have one RV (solid sides only), 1 auto, 1 motorcycle, and one golf cart. There is room for boats on the 57 foot sea wall. You will pay $10 to park a trailer or extra vehicle in overflow parking. My wife and I live on the road in a 40 foot diesel pusher and we have never seen a nicer site than this one. Come for an amazing time in paradise.
