Description

Boasting a modest 21-site, first-come first-serve campground, Devil’s Postpile Monument quickly fills up on weekends and during the July-August period. It is fit with toilets and running water as well as bear-proof lockers, and is only open during the summer/fall season. We advise that you check out the B loop portion, as it is closest to the river, but the slowest times and higher likelihoods for finding a good site are during Mondays-Wednesdays. Make sure to bring those bear cans and properly seal all odors, as bears a very common in the area. But hey, what’s camping without a little company from the locals?
