Great area. Lots of gorgeous animals around. Really appreciated the fact that the host made the effort to drive around, welcome new comers and check that they had everything they needed. Would recommend to anyone! Thankyou

Very easy to find and well laid out campground with amenities that one would hope for as such as a toilet and shower area and access to water on site. Loved waking up to the cows in the morning just outside the fence and the very quiet and lovely atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone for a stay near Kamloops. Rick is friendly and helpful host.

The place is well mainteined. Washroom is clean and works properly. The showers are pretty comfortable and private, and there is drinking water and energy outlet conection available, everything in good condition. Rick is very kind guy. The place is bautiful for me, the night is the best place to enjoy it because is possible to see the blue sky, stars and the contrast with the golden mountains and the grass. My wife and I enjoy it. My recommendation would be to get more trees to get more shadow, especialy during the day when the sun is on the top and the temperature arises, that also cold increase the number of birds and other animals and insects in the area, making it even more enjoyable.

The camping was nice and easy I just drove in and found myself a little spot. Had a good few chats with Rick he was so so lovley. It was nice to stay in a camp site that didn’t have a pit toilet for once ! It was located in a nice quiet area away from the highway with lovely wild life around. I would definitely stay again

great location just outside town, wonderful views over the grasslands, solid grass lawn so clean place to camp, Rick is a cool dude who runs the place, hot showers, septic toilet, we spent two very pleasant nights, I would stay there again and I recommend it fully.

We had a great 3 nights at Grandview Acres. Hot shower, fire pit, bathroom, and wifi. Beautiful area away from the bustle of Kamloops but close enough to go to town for amenities or activities. Nice hike out back. Rick was a very friendly, responsive host. We will stay again.

We stayed here as a home base for a soccer tournament, and it was perfect. Quiet and serene.
Quick note for anyone worried after reading other reviews. This isn't up in the mountains; it's just rolling hills around Kamloops. And finding it was easy. We typed "Grandview Acres" into Google Maps and got perfect directions.
We would happily come back.
