-The shared Jacuzzi is open 24/7 after 10:00 PM quietly only. Please limit to 30 minutes if other guests are waiting and return cover and turn off if you are the last one using the Jacuzzi. (Limit 5)
Small campground with 4 cowboy bunkhouses, tent site and Coral Pink Ranch Tipi will be shared. This is a small ranch with horses, chickens, cats and dogs. It is possible a rooster may wake you in the morning, or you may hear coyotes laughing in the distance, birds and crickets chirping and frogs croaking or the horses whinnying.
Located in a rural neighborhood called Cane Beds about 28 miles West of Fredonia with a Fredonia address. The area has lots of room to hike and explore and is central to many natural wonders.

Awesome ranch out in the desert
Great hosts, best little ranch cat ever that follows folks around like a puppy, and by the way, loves Temptations cat treats as well as Fancy Feast conned food ;)
And the horses would like you to know that they love carrots and apples. Very cool koi pond to sit by when needing some calm meditative time. Super helpful to have the outdoor shared kitchen area - microwave, small fridge and BBQ were convenient to have. We appreciated the comfy clean bunkhouses; the outdoor shower stalls (completely enclosed and private) and bathroom were super clean and definitely superior to what’s available at most campgrounds. It’s quiet out there but with a huge grocery store a few miles away. We were there late June and I thought the weather was great - not too hot. Zion National Park is an hour away and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State park is about 25 min away. North Rim Grand Canyon is about 90 min to 2 hrs away depending on how fast you drive. And then Bryce Canyon to the north also about 90 min to 2 hrs away. The red rock cliffs around that area are just beautiful. Overall, it’s a nice peaceful getaway!
Well located, comfortable stay
Loved the setup at the place. Don met me late when I checked in and was very kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are great for a place that feels quite remote. The location is great in this sense that you are in nature and far not near any major city whilst being close to nearby attractions e.g. zion nat park, sand dunes state park, Bryce Canyon, escalate etc.
Would stay here again and totally recommend!

The bunk houses were very clean, no dust, dirt or spider webs! The hosts were very helpful with questions and even gave us a dozen fresh eggs for free.
The amenities were also very nice, fresh coffee, and a small refrigerator stocked with condiments!!
Had a ladies weekend staying in the bunk houses. Cabins, restrooms and showers were all very clean!! Amenities were also very nice. The grills, community fridge with condiments and they even gave us a dozen eggs, fresh from the chickens for breakfast!! Great experience!!
This place was truly magical! Nice and quiet with everything you need to glamp. The jacuzzi was luxurious after a long day spent hiking.
