Located on the foothills of the Darling Range in Keysbrook Western Australia, Bolinda Vale Farm is a real working farm breeding Beef cattle and Merino sheep which has been in the same family since 1926. We offer neat nature based campsites in the gully and all campsites are on the banks of the babbling Dirk Brook with a good distance between campsites for privacy. A great property to reconnect with country Please note, to get to the campsites there is a farm track and for most, a creek crossing. We recommend 4WD or SUV to access ALL campsites. Perfect place for caravans, camper trailers, rooftop tents, tents, swags, vans to various campsites. There are horses and Scottish Highland cattle that usually greet you near the main entrance, and sheep and cattle graze the hill country and surrounds. Plenty more for nature lovers here, including red-tailed cockatoos that flock to the gully to feed on the Marri trees, plus many other birds. The resident Wedge-tail eagles soar above making the most of the thermals created from the hills and the local kangaroos Dogs are welcome but must remain on leads at ALL times as this is a working farm. You MUST bring your own camping toilet and be COMPLETELY 100% self sufficient with everything including drinking water We have a Leave No Trace policy, so ask that you please take all waste with you. Strictly No Pre Booking tours of campsites allowed, a good description and photos of each campsite is available online. ALL campers are to be booked in prior to arriving at the farm. No entry for extra campers on day of arrival if not booked in as they will not be permitted to enter the property STRICTLY NO DAY VISITORS ALLOWED Campfires permitted when local government restrictions aren't in place. PLEASE NOTE At times Bolinda Vale Farm management may reinforce their own fire restrictions, as we know the vegetation and lay of the land in the gully

Cook outside with a fully equiped gas BBQ and side burner for boiling the kettle Drinking bottled water is supplied Maisie is setup to be Off Grid & Eco Friendly, installed with a Solar charged inverter, low voltage power is supplied. Also a unique bush style outdoor composting toilet & cold camp shower is provided close by Enjoy the outdoor setting & firepit next to the brook, and unwind. Curl up with a good book, a cuppa tea and take in the sounds of nature & the farm A perfect couples getaway or somewhere to enjoy some "me " time. Maisie caters for maximum 2 people, Strictly NO extra campers allowed at this site A little hint of luxury but still rustic bush camping, just arrive and relax. Maisie in the Valley
My stay at Maisie in the Valley at Bolinda Vale Farm was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully set up with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The views around the property were stunning and made the experience even more relaxing. Deb was an amazing host—warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made sure everything was perfect and her thoughtful touches really stood out. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend Maisie in the Valley to anyone looking for a quiet, refreshing getaway. I’d definitely love to come back! 🌿✨

Absolutely loved our stay at Maisie - very cosy, wholesome & lovely for a relaxing weekend! Sound of the water & nature was very peaceful. Felt like glamping which was nice! Secluded from other campsites & view (unless walking past). Would come back and recommend! Oh & farm store for eggs is a must - wish we got them before the trip for breaki!

Sheep Gully was such a peaceful spot. Great sized camping area and a good distance from the next camp site. The creek was flowing and the bubbling was so nice to fall asleep to. Communication with Deb was great and the eggs that we purchased from the farm were the best I have had in a long time. I will definitely go back. Thanks Deb

Red Tail Cockatoo Gully
We had an amazing day at Belinda Vale Farm, and Cockatoo Gully was incredibly serene. There weren’t many cars passing by, and the gated area made it feel very safe for the kids. I highly recommend this place, its now my favourite hip camp. Unfortunately, it’s very hard to book, especially on weekends and public holidays.

We loved our stay at Sheep Gully. It's easily one of the nicest camp sites we've ever stayed at, the sound of the creek flowing past is amazing and very relaxing. Check in was very easy with clear instructions on how to get to our site provided by Deb. Will definitely be back (in fact we have already booked again for the weekend.)

We spent only one night because others were fully booked but we definetly come back again, location were amazing, we felt alone even if they were people nearby. The little creek close to the spot is a big +, and staring at the stars in the middle of the night is a must have. Host are very flexible - I love the natural honey lipstic! Thank you for letting us the possibily to sleep in your beautiful property.

We purchased some firewood which was delivered to us by Pete who was also very friendly and welcoming! Our campsite was pure bliss! I can see why this place is rated so highly. Deb (the host) is great with her communication providing great detail with directions and where my allocated camping spot was. When I arrived to the camping spot, there was a stone fire pit with a pile of wood for me, the area was nice and flat for tents and caravans, there was a lovely flowing creek and beautiful rolling green hills. It felt close enough to serpentine and other surrounding activities but isolated enough to feel like you’re away from everything. Would highly recommend and planning to go back.
