We loved the Cedar River Cabin! Just the right size with all the glamping amenities. Cute, cozy, easy to get to, nestled in a lovely wooded area. Moxie, our cat, enjoyed it too! We've started taking her on mini-trips to get her accustomed to traveling with us on all types of adventures. I'd say it was a huge success!

Another pitch perfect 🏕️😋 stay at Cedar River Resort! My pup and I stayed at the tent site again and the rain and generally soggy weather made me appreciate the tent pad even more. It’s so nice to not have to lug all the firewood in as well. I just get to breeze on in with my tiny 2 lb bag of kindling and use the firewood available on site for a very reasonable price. We’ll be back again soon! Thanks again, Brittany!

A magical stay

Brittany is such a great host and is super responsive!!! The campsite was very clean and roomy especially for just three people. It’s a magical spot and we all had so much fun. I love how close it is to the river!!!! We brought float tubes and swam for a bit. I wish our stay was longer. We will definitely come back.

Tacoma Narrows Bridge Cycling Fun

Since I was bike packing from West Richland I had 220 miles to get from home, to the campsite. Unfortunately, I needed to add another day at the last minute, on my outward journey. Brittany was so helpful and allowed me to use one of her other un-reserved RV sites instead. Looked somewhat comical with my little 2-man tent on that great big RV site... Just a great location, near the river. And, so many blackberries! I had porridge with my blackberries for breakfast the next morning. So yum! I'm not going to apologize if I didn't leave enough blackberries for everybody else, LOL. The campground was clean and tidy. The outhouse was also clean and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed myself! Brittany had warned me to use bug repellant, but I didn't get a single bight. Maybe because I smelled like a man who had been cycling for four days, without a wash? And, I made it to the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and back, nine days, 529 miles altogether. So much fun.

Simple, no hassle spot in the woods

Very easy to get to and a nice spot to spend the night, nestled in the woods far away from traffic. Brittany was a great host, very responsive and helpful, left us enough firewood (for purchase) to have a nice fire when we arrived. Heard a barred owl in the middle of the night. If you pitch a tent at the RV site you'll probably be on gravel, so bring a z pad if you have it. The adirondack chairs were a nice touch.

Stargazing with the pup

First time setting up on a platform. It was awesome to not have to worry about the rain and having to dry out a wet footprint. It’s a lovely private site with a nice big clearing for stargazing. We’ll be back again!

We loved everything about Brittany’s land! Her clear directions and heartfelt hospitality made our stay very special. The cabin is very charming and clean which is big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and 1 large dog. It was such a peaceful site.

A quiet getaway!

Brittany was a SUPER good communicator! All the little questions I had were answered very quickly, which put me at ease. I camped at the Cedar Hollow Tent Site in order to have peace and quiet to do some reading and school prep. It was just perfect. The tent site is large and set apart, very cozy and quiet. The dry firewood was a real plus, as was the tent platform and hammock! She went above and beyond a good host!

This place BLEW ME AWAY! It is SO cute, even more so than the pictures. I wish I had more time and could've stayed longer. Brittany was amazing and proactive in her communication, her instructions and directions were very clear and incredibly helpful. It was a great location, the place was clean and cozy, and had so many little touches that made it feel welcoming and homey. I will absolutely be back, and hopefully soon!

Perfect quiet location. Everything was clean and organized. Firewood available onsite for purchase if you forget to bring your own. Shared outhouse was clean with water and soap outside to wash your hands. I love how it is tucked away but still just minutes away from a store and gas station. I would definitely recommend and come back!

The directions to the site were spot on! The site was clean and level. It is suitable for small class C rigs, truck campers, and small tow trailers. Little, thoughtful extras like a clean pit toilet, firewood, smore sticks , solar lights, friendly host made this a very nice overnight!

This place is such a great hidden gem! It's in a neighborhood, but it truly feels so secluded. You're surrounded by forest, and it's completely quiet and feels very private. The property is right next to the Cedar River Trail, so I definitely recommend taking a walk down there, but even just around the campsite you'll find great forest views and blackberry bushes, and it's a great place for a getaway. I definitely recommend staying here!

The pup had a wonderful time

Brittany is so communicative and made herself available to ensure I had everything I needed. The cabin and outdoor area are so cute and decorated to make it feel homey. The cabin is ‘off grid’ but the only thing missing was plumbing so I didn't feel like we were really going without. My pup had the best time! I had no issues leaving him off leash the whole time. Oh man was he livid when he spotted horses trotting by on the nearby bike trail! It might have been the highlight of the trip for him! I’m bummed my schedule didn’t allow for a longer stay. I’ll definitely be back again.

enjoyed end of summer camping

I took my family of 6 (kids ages 22, 19, 14 and 5) and 2 dogs. Perfect space, easy to get to and some good walking trails with not too far access to the Cedar River that had some great spots for my 5yr old to play as well as myself and my 19 yr old to swim. Directions (once I actually read them ;) ) were clear and super helpful. Fire pit was awesome! Firewood available, hammock was available. New outhouse was clean and didn't smell bad ++ we really enjoyed our last minute, quick camping trip to end our summer. Brittany was a great host. Super responsive, provided stickers and stores stuff. Stickers were high quality, cute and now on our roof luggage bin. Highly recommend!

Such a beautifully well kept site with great privacy and all the amenities you would need for a fabulous glamping experience. The owner is incredibly responsive and you can tell truly cares for the space and its guests. Highly recommend!

The cabin is “sooooo cozy” and “smells amazing!” We enjoyed a great night around the campfire and we slept amazing on very comfy mattresses. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Great spot for the whole family!

This is such a great spot! Very quiet with lots of space for your rv and a couple other cars. We had no problem parking our 32’ class c motorhome. Very close to the Cedar River trail and about a 2 mile easy walk to Cascadia pizza. Loved this spot and will definitely be back!
