Very clean and well maintained site. Owners are around multiple times a day and very friendly and helpful! Toilets, shower and patio area cleaned regularly. The pizzas are delicious and a great touch! And of course can’t grumble at the lovely view

Lovely little campsite with great views. A little busier than we expected but it was bank holiday. Lots of walks directly from the campsite and some nice local pubs not too far away. Field was well maintained, facilities were generally clean and campsite owners were friendly.

Absolutely gorgeous location!
Right next to Chrome hill, also know as Dragons back and a short drive to other greats hikes in the peaks such as Mam Tor.
It’s a small site which only has 5 pitches for campers/ motorhomes or roof tents.
Small but plenty of spec either side of your pitch and at the back so you have space for an awning/ gazebo set up. There is also a lovely little enclosed area with a picnic bench for everyone to use.
Only one toilet but plenty for the fact there are only 5 pitches, it was lovely and clean with a hot water shower.
There was also a little washing up area outside to clean your dishes and a tap for filling drinking water!
Much more than I expected from such a small site.
100% we will be back as it’s a perfect location for hikes and a gorgeous stay!
The hosts were also super friendly and helpful before and during our stay! Thank you again ☺️✨
Oh and it’s dog friendly, what more could you want.

Lovely vibe, was able to turn up and just pick a spot without any registration which made things a lot easier. The site had a mix of families, teenagers, young adults etc. which was quite refreshing. They say noise down by 10 but was nice that you didn’t have to actually be silent. Louise was really nice and helped with a fire pit,.

Great location with all the essentials covered. Clean toilets and showers, lots of electric hook up pitches and nice pubs within walking distance. What more could you need?!

This campsite offers amazing views and a great camping experience. The camp allows fire pits, which is a huge plus. The hosts are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The on-site pizza is a delightful touch that elevates the overall experience.

Lovely location, amazing views, and great facilities. Great nearby walking trails. Hosts were also responsive and saw them regularly around the site. Also enjoyed how you're just left to it! We felt very comfortable and happy. We would happily return!

The field is massive so I had loads of space! I arrived to see I had the field to myself which was amazing. The views are lovely from all directions. Facilities are clean and had exactly what we needed.
Site owners saved the day by giving me a jump-start as my car battery decided to die on me! Very much appreciated. Will definitely come back.

The Hollies was well directed using Google Maps- got an area just by the toilets and the showers (£1 for 5 minutes hot water)- only other people there were a couple with a large camper van and a dog on the Wednesday, so basically had the run of the place- lucky with the glorious weather- owners husband was friendly and helpful throughout the stay- showers : toilets modern and cleaned daily- well maintained grasslands, only looked to be one tiny boggy bit ( field 2 ) in the entire 6 acres- I prefer off peak times for stays, so this won’t be a reflection of holiday times/ weekends, but a fantastic 3 days nonetheless.
