We loved staying at this beautiful site. Such a gorgeous place with stunning scenery. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were superb. We travelled by train and bus, so we were very glad we could use the fridge in the cabin for our millk. We went on some fabulous day trips and have fallen in love with the area. One of the best UK campsites I've ever stayed in (and I've been to many of them). We will definitely be going back there!

Tent camping was great did two separate bookings with a friend and had a lovey time, we were able to pitch next to each other. Easy to park and the water supply was easy to get to. Lots of clear signs.

I pitched camp in the non-electric area, which is at the far end of the slightly sloping site. It was quiet and afforded some lovely views. Water point is 50m away, on the way to the facilities. Warm welcome from the hostess. Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic campsite! The pitch was amazing, and being able to jump in for a swim when the tide was in made the experience even more special. The facilities were excellent, clean, and had everything we needed. Walking through the boatyard to reach the pitch was such a unique touch it gave the whole place a rustic, authentic charm that you just don’t find at most campsites. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I had a nice stay at nantcellan, it was an eventful evening but things worked out in the end. Not the fault of the owners. Went for a swim at Borth and went for a wander around Aber. It was very good value for money

It's a distance from the main road, uneven ground, facilities are good, theres quite an assortment of campers, plenty of open safe space that children could run around on.
For an over night stay in your car to parking a motor home with other groups/ friends. Weekend bike riders or seasoned oldies who just like the out doors. I found it to be a very good experience.

We had an exceptional view of the sunset from our tentbox. We also booked early in the morning for the same day accepted, which was very convenient for travelling from our previous destination.
The facilities were clean, the showers are free but limits the water usage by stopping every minute (you just need to keep pushing it in) we couldn't connect to the Internet unfortunately.
Apart from that it was lovely & we would recommend staying.

My partner and I stayed for the last night of our coastal Welsh road trip and WOW! Saved the best till last! We wanted the closest to ‘wild camping’ with facilities and this is exactly what we got. The host was super helpful and quick to reply to any queries. The welcome PDF was very clear and made check in/out super smooth. The setting is just breath taking, and we had such a peaceful evening. We will definitely be coming back and staying for a few nights to explore more of the area. Thank you so much Smugglers Cove! See you again soon.

Good location if you like to be close to ‘civilization’ showers toilets clean and well maintained
Lots of space when we went. Owner came to say hello with his dog and warn us about the incoming storm
You can see the town from the site
There is a very awkward corner to get to aber just take the main roads you’ll be fine … my van struggled

We loved our stay at smugglers cove! The pitch is very well maintained with stunning views. It’s so peaceful and the fire pit was great in the evening. Facilities are clean and well kept, lovely to have warm water for washing up. We can’t wait to come and stay again in the spring/summer. We loved it!

I loved the Boy John. There was so much attention to detail in everything on board. Very comfortable bed and plenty of lighting. Also clear instructions around the site, regarding water, showers, toilets etc. All facilities very clean. Nothing compares to having your own little bit of coastline !!
