We are perfect for a technology detox, while we have electricity on site to charge your phones, there is no electric to the pitches.

Enjoy after dark stargazing too. A quiet location but only a few miles inland from Scarborough. Four miles to the village of Ayton which has a convenience store, garage, chemist, fish and chip shop and restaurant as well as two popular pubs. A beautiful spot with great views and lovely hosts too. It feels very secluded but also very safe so we will definitely be going again. No complaints or issues at all and we would definitely recommend to others.

The land was gorgeous. We had the whole place to presents surrounded by Jo’s gorgeous animals. Jo herself was so kind and helpful throughout and prior to our stay. The instructions to find the land were so helpful. Jo was amazing throughout our stay. We will definitely be back.
