From the origins of Khushatta Hills Ranch in 1871, the women in her family have cared for the land, using it to grow local produce to feed multiple families in the area, to now opening the space for visitors to relax and enjoy. Ingrid is passionate, and ambitious, and wants to continue her family legacy with this luxury camping site near Lake Livingston. Her goal has been to create a modern and eco-friendly environment by establishing a community of luxury camping in Texas. We stayed in a Travel Trailer. The power was set for any type power needed. Good clean water and sewage available at the front or back of the unit. Good amount of property available to give my dog a walk on leash. He enjoyed all the new smells. Many friendly chickens. A very enjoyable time. Would recommend to all.

It was wild to be able to camp next to animals. Definitely recommend if that’s what you’re looking for. There’s restroom next to camp and Bethany is extremely nice and accommodating. We’ll definitely camp here again !

Weekend Trip to Unique Gorgeous Bubble
We enjoyed the very unique experience at Jannett and Davis's property! It was surreal to sleep in an actual bubble. They had all the amenaties you come to expect, and we were remarkably comfortable. The pool, farm animals and other activities were also great!
My only complaint is that the "approximate location" shown in the listing is almost a one-hour drive from the actual location, which you only find out after booking. This forced some changes to our schedule for the weekend and would have been nice to know up front. But we still would have stayed here, and I'm glad we did.

Incredible experience! You are not only booking a dome to stay in, but Davis is an attentive, full-service host. He helped move our luggage with his ATV, started the fire, adjusted the hot tub to the temperature we needed, brought out speakers, etc. The amenities are also amazing-- pool is incredibly clean, firepit is nice, outdoor kitchen with drinks and snacks, goats and animals around. Davis even let us have fresh eggs from his chickens for breakfast! He is such a thoughtful host and really goes the extra mile for his guests!

I’m so glad I found this spot! We were in Conroe for a two day event over the weekend and this was perfect for our needs. Nice level concrete pads, plus hookups and there is even a washer/dryer available (we didn’t need it for our short stay). Jeanna and her husband greeted us on arrival and showed us where to go - very friendly and helpful people! Jeanna was very good with communication leading up to our visit. The area is very quiet and peaceful and there are some nice trees that provide some shade. I will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area for another event!

Amazing experience at this campsite! Camping area is beautiful , and the owners are nice as can be and attentive just in case we needed anything. The animals paid us a visit making the experience even more worth it. 10/10 would recommend and most definitely will be back. Access to bathrooms are an added comfort and I caught a HUGE bass out of the pond before setting em free. Very appreciative of a memory I won’t soon forget.

We had a great stay! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The kids loved meeting all of the cute farm critters. We set up our tent facing one of the ponds and watched the sun rise from our tent. We loved that there was an air-conditioned bathroom with running water not far from the campground and a playground for the kids. The donkey family visited us during the night, and we fell in love with the baby donkey who was jumping around having the time of its life. Looking forward to our next stay!
