With the main house built in 1860 this property has seen many uses such as a farm, retail Christmas store, church, rental cabins, and a gravel quarry among other things. I now try to keep the back acreage by the brook and pond as natural as possible for habitat, as well as you the campers! Learn more about this land: I have 3 well spaced out RV sites on the property. They fit different sized rigs so please read the descriptions. Pets are welcome at the sites, but please have them remain leashed or under your effective verbal control. Most will have cell service at the sites or there is a free public Wi-Fi in Wilmington center. Private yet convenient to Downtown Wilmington, VT. Located between the Harriman reservoir and Lake Raponda, both great for boating, fishing and swimming. As well as the Deerfield River across the street, which runs through town. There is a public hiking trail that goes through the property. It goes from the Fairview ave. boat launch in Wilmington, all the way up to West Dover. You can access this at the back of the site. The sites are only a minutes drive from downtown Wilmington, or you can hike/bike there on the trail (approx 15 min). In Wilmington there is plenty of shopping, gifts, coffee, restaurants, gas, liquor store. I also have dry, split firewood available for $10 on site. Please don't bring your own unless it is prepackaged from shaws or bought from one of the local sellers right around me. Transportation of out of state firewood can bring invasive beetles to our forests...

This campsite is located in Wilmington VT at the back of 9 acres. In a field, next to a 2 acre pond and the forest. There is a fire pit with a grill, a picnic table and lawn games for your use. There are no facilities so please be sure to be self-contained and leave no trace. Some will have cell service at the site. There is a also free public Wi-fi in Wilmington center. Private yet convenient to Downtown Wilmington, VT (9/10ths of a mile). Located between the Harriman Reservoir and Lake Raponda, both great for boating, fishing and swimming. This campsite is located in Wilmington VT at the back of my 2 acre lot. In a field next to the forest. It is located next to/ under giant white pines that provide shade later in the day. There is a fire pit with a grill and picnic table for your use. It is across from another campsite on the property. A couple hundred feet away across a field, with small trees and brush in between. It is separated from my pond side site by thick large trees and brush. There are also old rental cabins that I'm in the process of fixing nearby. You can see route 9 from the site. There are no facilities so please be sure to be self-contained and leave no trace. Some will have cell service at the site. There is a also free public Wi-fi in Wilmington center.
