Our land is about 5 minutes from Batchawana Bay Provincial Park. This sandy beach park is located on Lake Superior and is perfect for families as the waters are warm and shallow. While in the area you can also try fishing and canoeing in the nearby river. Be sure to also check out
Chippewa Falls and the Edmund Fitzgerald lookout.

very private. There is
plenty of natural tree canopy and you will have nature all around.
Just across the property, you will find
Lake Superior with the best beach around. Please note that quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am. Please no loud music or generators, no cutting down trees or bush.

Whether you are looking for a night, weekend or weekly rental we have, the off grid piece of paradise waiting for you. Conviently located right off Hwy 17 North between Goulais Bay and Batchewana bay. Although we are not located on the water we are steps from Chippewa falls, minutes to Harmony beach, Batchewana bay. Do you like to fish? A quick ride up the road mile 38 has some of the best fishing around. Travelling with a boat/kayak paddle board, ATV, cycles etc…. We have secure sea can storage for you to utilize when not on site. If hiking is your thing lots of trails nearby. Trailer has fridge, microwave, fire pit with grate for cooking if desired, no bathroom usage but outhouse on-site. Solar panels are hooked up but generator can also be provided if you choose. Fire pit and wood on site. If you love to have all of this plus total privacy as you have no neighbours on this 3 acre parcel. Lots of room for volleyball, cornhole, adventure hiking. We look forward to providing you a memorable stay at a great value.

A comfortable double bed and a screened in porch. There is an outhouse but no shower. Showers can be found close by at travel gas stations or parks.

Great biking opportunity to Robertson Cliff trailhead followed by a hike to the scenic lookouts, and cap it all off with a cold exposure plunge in Robertson Creek Waterfall.

We had a great time at the cabin. Gord and Penny we're very welcoming and helpful. The dogs loved dock diving and swimming in the lake. Unfortunately, we were hit with rain at nights along with a fire ban for the duration of our stay but we still loved our time here. It was great to unwind and disconnect.

This place is amazing! The two tents are spacious, beautifully set up, and incredibly well-equipped. Directions were clear, parking was easy, and the host was super helpful throughout.
The sleeping tent had a gorgeous bed with clean, comfy sheets, and the second tent had everything I needed — a kettle, cooktop, dining table, clean water, and more. I spent the day at a nearby beach and then relaxed by the firepit in the evening, surrounded by stunning birch trees.
I can’t recommend this place enough — a perfect mix of comfort and nature!

Penny is probably the best host I’ve ever encountered.
She was beyond welcoming. She invited my daughters and I to a tour of her private flower & vegetable gardens at her private residence just 5 minutes away from the camp.
She was more than accommodating and even was going to have her husband help us down to the camp with our stuff as the driveway at the top of the camp is too steep for my front wheel drive to get back up so we parked just off to the side where there was a clearing. We assured her we could handle our stuff down to the camp though.
All the firewood was supplied.
There is a nice pit with a swivel grill to cook right over the fire as there’s no hydro to the camp (that’s what makes it so special). We brought a bag of charcoal to make cooking in the pit easier as we’re veteran campers now lol.
I do suggest you bring your own life jackets if you plan to use the canoe that is also supplied.
If you’re bringing children & they aren’t picky about Rocky, mucky, full of beautiful lily pads (where you’ll get the joy of hearing all the frogs at night), with lots of little minnows/perch then they will likely be the only ones swimming right at the camp, otherwise there is a beautiful rock you can canoe over to around the corner to the right that you can jump off and it’s nice and clear water for the adults and teens!
Bring your flashlights, spare batteries & back up batteries as that’s all you’re living off.

Ben’s lot offers the privacy of a woodland setting and is a very short walk to an amazing sandy beach with clear blue waters.
Ben offered us an extra night at no charge and we’re glad we took him up on his kind offer as we saw the most colourful sunset of the trip on our last night! We’ll definitely come back.

Nice campsites. Several campsites in treed areas with picnic table and campfire pit, and some cottages (did not check those out) if you want more shelter. Complete with sink for dishwashing and bathroom (shower and sink) facility with enough private stalls for all campers. Ample outhouses near your campsite and shower/dish washing station. Enjoyed my quiet stay at the place.
