What a fantastic spot with super hosts. Brian was super helpful, especially when we had to bug out early due to heavy rain. He came down to pick up our gear in the ATV and take it back to the dry. Will definitely be back!

Very nice isolated campsite with lots of areas to explore in the property. They had 2 canoes and we were able to explore the little islands as well. The walk from the parking lot to the campsite was not too bad. Brian helped carry our stuff with his ATV which made the walk very nice and easy. Overall, it was a really good experience and would definitely come back again.

This was a lovely little piece of paradise. We had a wonderful time, this was the perfect time of year, no bugs, going out in the canoe was fun to see the islands and explore the area. Highly recommend this spot and will most likely be back!

Pine Solitude definitely lives up to its name; surrounded by pines, meadows of mosses and a beautiful lily pad-filled lake. We felt safe and at ease while at this spot. A nice and quaint laid-back retreat, listening to the frogs, owls and odd loon. We lucked out with a waterfront camping spot, which had a hammock, fire pit/ rocket stove, a covered outhouse and a very friendly chipmunk.

Jen and her father Brian are a great team and such a refreshing twist on your regular hosts. Brian is essentially teaching Jen how business works, by helping her run this Hipcamp of 3 dispersed campsites. Each spot was very private, diverse, clean and ready for exploring. They take great care of the space and even provided an ATV to carry our bags/gear to the spot. We loved their little signs with jokes, and the all-around hospitality they provided to us.

We took out the provided canoe multiple times, on the small lack which backs their property on the search for a beaver., unfortunately, we didn’t find the beaver but to our surprise, we found many turtles and frogs.

This spot is a great tenting spot. Not suitable for RVs or roof tents - as you can’t drive a car to the spot. The waterfront spot would be great with a few friends to enjoy. The star-filled skies were all unbelievable. Thank you Jen & Brain for your hospitality!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The environment was like something from another planet, it was beautiful and peaceful. If you're looking to get away from civilization for a couple days this is the perfect spot.

This area is fantastic and Jen and her dad are extremely lovely and very helpful and accommodating.

We got to see the beaver dam and it’s SO cool to see the trees that were chewed down by the beaver to make the dam. Highly recommend, especially because the canoe was available for free as part of the stay!

Be prepared to carry some stuff to the campsite.. but it is worth the hike (and Jen will assist with heavier stuff in an ATV).. The site is secluded and it really feels like you are getting away from it all. The water view is gorgeous but the water is not meant for swimming; however, it is great for canoeing (and it is included which is nice) and frog-watching. We loved it and would definitely go back. Thanks for being wonderful hosts! :)

This spot is a true gem! With the help of Jen and her father bringing our gear to the camping spot (a bumpy, but beautiful, 800m walk in) you are able to have all you need in a very secluded area. The camping spot has incredible views of the beautiful lake that is filled with wild life (not a swimming lake however!). The canoe that is there for use is great for exploration of the area. Wish we could have had more time! Really and truly one of the best camping experiences we've ever had and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
