A little piece of heaven on St. Cloud Road in Wanupitae. Situated on a rocky outcrop. Flat rock with a slight slope hosts 30 acres of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries. A pole line with miles of trails to quad, dirtbike, horse ride, or snowmobile. Great for dogs and hikers. Remote yet 20 min from the city. Quiet, with private lake across the road to enjoy. There is direct access to park on a flat rock outcrop for skilled drivers or a grassy gravel driveway if need be. Smaller trees litter the property with flat rock to park your camper on. NO running water, Internet or electricity. Completely Off grid. Get away from the bustly and enjoy undisturbed life. Bring your own firewood or forrage for kindling.30 acres. Remote, private land. Great spot, nice private lake access. Need to do some looking to find it as it’s not immediately obvious, But nice and quiet. Even camping on the flat outcropping by the road there was maybe 1 car that drove by all weekend. Will definitely be going back.
