Nick was very welcoming to his home. He had an electric outlet we could use for my camper van. He gave us a tour of the house. There were 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower. Very clean. He told us we could use the kitchen, but we didn’t. He has a great place to sit outside under some big trees, with chairs, a swing and a picnic table.

Nice place to stay with our 20 ft. camper van. I appreciated access to bathroom, shower, and electrical hookups. There is a very nice place to sit outside, and is an easy walk to some great restaurants!

Great spot in the heart of Sudbury if you have a van or other vehicle on the shorter side. We appreciated having power and a bathroom. Nick was also very kind!

The site was conveniently located. However it was difficult for an RV trailer to pull into; it was up a very steep driveway, and it was a bit tricky to get out. It is probably good for someone in a camper van. But we cannot recommend it for a travel trailer.

Great, quiet spot to park my van overnight. Nick was super helpful and met me to help navigate my van into place. Options to use a nice bathroom, shower and kitchen! Highly recommend!
