The forest floor was wet because it rained the day before.We decided to move to the field and the sunset was very beautiful.One regret was that the road was close, so I could hear the sound of cars.It's a nice place to stay for a day.

Alexander is very quick to respond to messages. His property was everything I could of wanted. I chose site 2, it was secluded and beautiful. Bugs weren’t a problem, there was shade on the site all but one hour around 3:30pm. Absolutely a perfect getaway, will definitely be back.

Great stay beneath the trees! Site is perfect for a weekend break away from reality. Host was clear with directions and places that you could access on the property. Highly recommend and we will be back to visit soon.

This campsite is totally private and absolutely beautiful! We loved staying here and had an amazing weekend.
The property is super close to the river/creek and made taking our kayaks out super easy!
10/10 would recommend staying here , and we will definitely be back again!!

Haldimand South
This was the perfect location for the perfect camping weekend. It was close to the lake, a stream and hiking/biking trails. It was very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views. I would definitely stay here again!

Close enough to town if you need to run out to get anything and plenty of neighbours selling firewood nearby if you need more! Little trail across the street if you feel like going for a stroll. Nice spot for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city or if you want to catch some stargazing on a clear night. Alexander was a great host, easy to get a hold of and even sent photos of the site with guidelines and local information. Thank you again!
