Sorry to say that I can't leave a great review. Two things made it difficult. First was extremely high price for a tent site. Second was my disappointment in lack a partial refund upon a late cancellation. Tbh, the policy was explained on writing at the time I reserved, but when we had to cancel two days out, I was sad that no money could be expected. Fair, but a disappointing policy. As far as I can tell, they basically have a "monopoly" on camping near Cape Cod, so tough policies are doable. Since we cancelled, I cannot review the actual camping conditions so don't judge this facility based on that. For me it was simply extremely high prices and tough refund policy. Lastly, very difficult to contact owners directly through the app.
