Welcome to our neck of the woods! Our little cabin is tucked away in the woods offering a quiet and peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Come, unwind and reset in our rustic little space. Our location backs onto crown land and forest service roads , making it an ideal destination for the off road adventurers. You can travel from our cabin to White Lake along the forest service roads. We do request that you ride in a safe and respectful manner.Art studio converted to rustic cabin. There are 2 queen beds and a queen futon. There is a private use porta potty as there is no running water to the cabin. There is jug of water in the cabin is for drinking and the kitchen station for washing and cooking. Our screened in, open air kitchen is supplied with basic cooking supplies, ceiling fan and light, fire extinguisher, propane cook top and grill and a countertop 2 burner stove. There is a countertop water dispenser for washing dishes and food. You will have the entire cabin and surrounding area to yourselves. A very private getaway to reset. Please be aware this is located on our forested 18 acres and there will be wild animals and uneven terrain. Our location also offers a local beach within a 7 minute drive and boat launch is 12 minutes away. If you need grocery supplies, you can check out our local store that supplies basic items, cold liquor and lottery that is 7 minutes away. If you need something more there is a large grocer located 20 minutes away, which is on your way to our little getaway. Along the forest service road you will also discover Herman Lake. This is a quiet and serene spot to watch birds, kayak and paddle board. We recommend to travel in a truck, SUV, ATV, side by side or dirt bike to reach this spot. If you want to explore further , you could take a drive to visit Margret Falls or visit a local winery and even a llama sanctuary to visit. There are locations in the area to rent boats, paddle boards and electric bicycles. Local restaurants if you feel like a night off from cooking: Finz, Timber Shuswap, Ranchers Pizzeria or Bayside Marina. We highly recommend bringing your favorite bug spray, as being in the woods there are plenty of bugs some days.
