This is a TURNKEY RV'ing experience with everything you need for a memorable camping adventure. Located only 12 km away from Sicamous, British Columbia, the resort offers easy access to city amenities while being surrounded by lush canopy of trees. It is the perfect base for exploring the wonders of Sicamous, with the renowned Eagle River Trail connected directly to the resort. Rates are only $119-$140/ night for the RV site and fully equipped RV Trailer combined! 3-night minimum stay, 10% discount for week long stay, 30% discount for month long stays. THE TRAILER - Length is 24 ft 11 in , Width 7ft 6in - Available Beds: Queen bed, bottom single bunk , small top bunk, dinette table can convert to a daybed - Sleeps: 5 The RV is equipped with everything you need to make your RV camping easy. We provide beddings, pots & pans, kitchen supplies, dinette sets, and eating utensils. We will even clean up after your stay for a flat $50 cleaning fee. Inside is new, hardly used, comfortable and well lit. Full kitchen includes supplies and a microwave. Bathroom is spacious and even includes a skylight. Special features include AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth connectivity, built-in outdoor barbecue, outdoor fridge and kitchen area, for convenient outdoor cooking, and an outdoor shower to easily clean off any mud that may be tracked through the trailer. Note: -No smoking on the trailer. Pets are allowed on the resort but not inside the trailer. Pets must be on leash at all times in all areas. No pets allowed at any time inside trailer. -No wifi but can be available at front office THE RV SITE & RESORT The Lot is located on Cedars Resort, 12 km away from Sicamous, also known as the "Houseboating capital of the world". The site is fully serviced including 30 amp power, two water lines and sewer, making it an ideal overnight spot for travelers heading to Calgary. There is a picnic table and fire pit onsite for guest use. Pets are allowed on resort but not inside the trailer. The resort also features playgrounds for children and some laundry amenities. The site provides the perfect base for exploring the wonders of Sicamous. Within a short 5-minute walk from the resort, you can discover beautiful sandy beaches along the renowned Eagle River, while the Shuswap and Mara Lakes area is just a 10-minute drive to the west. Moreover, it is connected to Yard Creek Provincial Park, courtesy of the Shuswap Trail Alliance, granting you access to over 6 km of nature trails for hiking, biking, and exploration.
