Experience true seclusion in a remote, picturesque setting. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enjoy a private, nature-filled retreat in the Canadian Rockies. With access to a creek, 3 waterfalls and a surrounding forest, this is the perfect place to escape the busyness of city life. Spend your days exploring the waterfalls and the iconic Blaeberry River! Follow the Waterfall signs to get to the first waterfall then go up the canyon to see the other ones. The Blaeberry River offers gentler rafting and paddling opportunities. There are also SUP, kayak and canoe guided tours and rentals nearby. There’s plenty of hiking, fishing, paddling and biking to enjoy. We have 3 different listings available an off-grid cabin, 2 yurts or a tent site with 3 different campsites available. We look forward to hosting you!

The site is not accessible by car. The access trail is narrow and does not allow trailers, vans, camper vehicles, or rooftop tents. Parking is located approximately 100 meters away — it is not directly beside the campsite. From there, you will walk between 20 and 100 meters depending on your parking spot. Please plan to carry your gear. Guests have access to the creek, the waterfalls, and the Blaeberry River. The outhouse is available but located further away on the property, so be prepared for a short walk. This is a true wilderness setting. Wildlife is present in the area, including bears. Proper food storage and responsible camping practices are essential. Mosquitoes can also be present depending on the season. The property is natural and alive — you may encounter wild berries, mushrooms, and native plants throughout the area. Respect the land and take only what is permitted and safe to harvest. This is an off-grid, pack-in / pack-out campsite. There are no services, no garbage bins, and no hookups. Please remove all waste and respect any active fire bans. Fire restrictions are strictly enforced and must be followed at all times. This site is not about convenience — it’s about adventure, simplicity, and being fully present in the mountains.

The Space This is an unserviced, off-grid campsite. You must bring your own RV or full camping setup, including all necessary gear. There are no hookups, no power, and no water connections on site. Please come fully prepared for self-contained camping. The nearest outhouse is located approximately 1 km from the campsite. If your RV does not have its own bathroom facilities, please bring a shovel or be prepared for the walk 😁 This is a pack-in, pack-out property. There are no garbage bins on site. All waste must be removed and taken with you. The Golden landfill is available for garbage disposal. I loved Flores off grid campsite, will be my go to place to stay when visiting golden. Beautiful short walk to waterfalls, camp sites were close together but were private.

Loved the silence in this campsite, very private, felt like the only one around for miles, the waterfalls were very pretty and a nice mountain hike as well! It was a clean site and well taken care of outhouse!

Ignore the bad review on here. Place was what was advertised. Would pop in again. Sadly we didn't get to enjoy any trails around as we're fron ontario and had to split first thing in the morning. Thanks for the sleep 😴

Cute hidden spot in the Forrest. We heard wolfs at night, which gives us a real adventure feeling. Be prepared for mosquitos! We were happy about our mosquito net cause without it would be impossible to stay outside of the tent. They were really hungry!

This spot is truly a hidden gem! 10/10 will be going back. The waterfalls are absolutely beautiful, not to mention just a short beginner hike away. The stars were incredible at night and the mountains were spectacular. The sites are very well maintained, private and it’s extremely convenient as it’s only a 20 min drive to Golden. Truly a magical camping experience!!! I think everyone should take the opportunity to check this place out!

The site is not as pictures suggest. The RV site is directly next to the road and the waterfalls are over a 15 minute walk away through mosquito infested woods, we had to turn back we were getting bitten so much. It diddnt feel private or secure as it was so close to the road. The mosquitos at our campsite were terrible, you get swarmed as soon as you step outside. Don’t bother, there are far better campgrounds around the area.

Site was well maintained but our site was right next to the road, not too loud. But way too many mosquitoes even spraying your whole body down with many different bug sprays every hour they still somehow came but but I would recommend it. Really nice waterfall to take a shower

Private site. Clean. Quick drive to town. Bring own firewood or grab some before you head up. Waterfall was pretty. Buggy when we were there. Seemed like it was buggy everywhere though, so not specific to camping location.

Cool little spot to camp for the night. Quiet and private. By a road, but hardly any traffic, so it was fine. Waterfall is worth the walk.. 15-20 minutes.. bring your mosquito net!

Our three night stay was amazing! We had so much fun and definitely plan to go back again. The site is exactly as described. It is perhaps a bit rougher camping than more typical campsites/rv sites but was made more enjoyable for it. The site is only 20 minutes out of Golden so you have very close immediate access to any necessities you may have forgot There is no service or power so keep that in mind when packing. The roads immediately leading up are, as seen in the other reviews, a bit rough and agree with the 4WD recommendation. Another thing that would have made the unpacking and packing easier was a cart/wagon on wheels as you do have to walk your things from the vehicle to the site. The mosquitoes can be persistent so use bug spray/coils/thermacell etc to help manage and maybe have an enclosed canopy so you have somewhere to relax away from them. There were so many lakes within easy driving distance (less than an hour) for swimming/paddle boarding/fishing. 10/10 would recommend!

The RV pad is not as secluded as the other spots. It is right off of a road that has some traffic, but overall it is a nice spot to spend some off-grid quality time. The waterfalls are amazing and 100% worth the hike to get there. Just bring lots of bug spray!

Beautiful area. Waterfall is super cool! Clean sites and outhouse. Tent pad accommodates modest sized tent. Ours didn’t fit, but site was flat enough and big enough to fit beside. BE PREPARED FOR MOSQUITOS! We thought we were prepared, but there’s only so much you can do. Hey, what do you expect, it’s in the middle of dense alpine forest! Overall would recommend only for those who can withstand the relentless little bloodsuckers!

We loved staying on Flores' land. The site was clean, and the surrounding forest was beautiful. The site was closer to the path than anticipated, but there are only two other sites nearby, and they are well spaced out; therefore, we still had lots of privacy. The walk up to the waterfall was also fantastic, as it was peaceful and private, with great views, and it was possible to get pretty close to the waterfall. Although there was no service to provide directions, it was pretty straightforward to find with the signs. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone camping in the area!

Such a cool and private spot! Comfortable and spacious site beautifully nestled in the woods. The walk from parking to the tent site was easy and quick. I’m devastated we did not get a chance to check out the waterfalls as it was pounding down rain and we will not as prepared as we should have been.
