There's sentier for hiking and two lakes to enjoy with a kayak. There is a bicycle available to go for a ride. In the tipi, the wood is included as well as a bed, just bring your sleeping bags. We have a summer kitchen also for you to cook your meals! *** sometimes the GPS brings nowhere, when you arrive in the village of marston, turn right in ch.milan and after turn left at rang 5S , you arrive when you see the ending road :) No wi-fi, no eletricity, just solar pannel, stars and joy . hope to see you!

There is no charge to use our paddleboats, kayaks, or Jon boats. In Stewartstown and the surrounding area, guests have so many natural attractions to visit, including Beaver Brook Falls and Lake Francis, both within 15 miles of the Ladd Pond. The Washburn Family Forest nearby is the perfect place to go for a hike through nature and spot local wildlife. 3 nights at Camp whiskey throttle

Anthony's venue made one of the most memorable trips possible for my friends and I, as we made space away from our day jobs. The camp is remote, scenic, and close by to most necessary resources (there is a LaPerle's market a few minutes drive away with everything we could imagine!). Additionally, there is a beautiful waterfall just 15-20 minutes away called Beaver Brook Falls with small trails and picnic benches. Despite NH being on drought warning and our group not being able to enjoy a campfire, we felt no setbacks in our plans. On top of this, Anthony provided excellent turnaround in communications and incredibly gracious accommodations. Excellent camp, even more amazing host. I would recommend this hipcamp 1000/10!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Camp Whiskey Throttle on a nice fall weekend and had an incredible time, the camp exceeded our expectations. Great lighting at night made for a romantic trip for two, however it would also be a super fun spot to go with family or friends as well.

I was looking for a place that was in between Pittsburgh and Errol for grouse hunting. Distance wise Anthony's place was about center. It ended up being a perfect location. Its easy to get to, quiet, and well maintained. The communication with Anthony was excellent. I will 100% return when I am hunting up there again. Thank you!

This is a great little spot! You can tell a lot of love was put into it. The outdoor kitchen was our favorite thing- even in the pouring rain you could cook a good meal on the flat top and then eat it under the gazebo with a fire. It’s on a dead end road, and not a single person passed the cabin all 4 days we were there. Extremely quiet. You can ride ATVs right from camp. Everything you could possibly need is available. And the surrounding location is absolutely stunning. The only downfall for us was the sulfur smelling water, the warm shower water only lasting 5 minutes (so for two people needing to shower after off roading in the mud, that was a little rough) then it’s cold. There were some crumbs and stains on the counters, the toilet, shower, the fridge, and toothpaste stains in the sink - but I guess that’s to expect with there being no cleaner. And that’s not the hosts fault- some campers just don’t follow the rules. All in all, we had a wonderful time and plan on booking another trip for next year.

From inside the cabin to outdoors with the covered fire pit and cooking area, everything was clean and well maintained! 4 nights at Back to Nature Eco-Lodging

I have too many nice things to say about this beautiful campground. Paula and Benoit were amazing and accommodating even before I arrived. It is clear they value the comfort of all their guests, and everything is well laid out and explained in the lovely little welcome pack I recieved on arrival, with a map of the grounds and a lock for the wooden cache on site. I was especially grateful for the courtesy lantern I was able to borrow for my stay (take it! I brought two flashlights, a lantern and a headlamp and still found a lot of uses for it!) My stay in the hammock tent was amazingly comfortable. The tent is clean and well maintained. Despite heavy rains for most of my stay, I stayed cozy and dry. And a small river by the campsite made for a really nice soundtrack to fall asleep to. The hammock tent runs cooler than most tents due to being suspended. Nights hit 11 degrees and I noticed even with my inflatable matte and camp blanket, i needed to layer up to stay warm. Insulation is an absolute must. Highlight of the trip was the giant polyphemus moth that joined the other moths in trying to get at my lights through the mesh of the tent. It was huge and beautiful! It was a great trip, with kind hosts and a quiet, peaceful place to stay. I will absolutely book again.

Weekend Trip to Camp whiskey throttle

Awesome spot. A lot of time and thought was put in to making the camp. The inside is beautiful and cozy and the roofed in fire pit outside was amazing for the quick couple showers we got while we were there. Absolutely recommended.

Parc National du Mont-Orford

Nestled among the towering peaks of Mont Orford and Mont Chauve, Mont-Orford National Park lets hikers take in majestic views from Bear Peak via Cretes Trail and Pekan Trail. Canoeing, cycling, rock climbing, swimming, and paddle surfing keep campers active in summer waters as well, while snowshoeing and cross-country skiing are available in wintertime. Lake Memphremagog

Explore the 21 islands of Lake Memphremagog while sailing or canoeing through its waters. Visit Coaticook on the Coaticook River to traverse the longest suspended footbridge in North America. Coaticook is also renowned for its dairy industry, so take a moment to sample its famous cheeses and ice cream during a daytrip.
