This is a secluded and quiet property tucked back off the road in the bush. Lots of room to roam, trees to relax under and let your dogs run. We have three dogs that roam the grounds and are a welcoming committee. We have lots of sites tucked into the greenery for privacy. We operate a vintage trailer restoration shop on site and have lots of interesting units around. There is firewood on property to purchase. We have a convenience station to wash dishes. Potable water and ice to purchase. We are setting up to have outdoor showers but they are not ready until June. The newest addition to the property are two goats that think they are dogs and will greet you. We are on the boarder of a hiking trail that is accessible from the property. Our 2.5 acre property is located just outside the small village of Millbank. The large lawn area is great for camping, campfires, playing games and relaxing while watching the horse and buggies of the local Amish and Mennonites go ambling by in a manner that speaks to a time gone by. We have now added a Bunkie that can be booked for a more comfortable camping experience. The Perth Harvest Pathway section of the G2G rail trail is quite literally in the backyard. for hiking , bird watching and biking. We have an outdoor shower and large sink in a shed attached to the rear of our garage. It is easy to identify as it has a large white x on the door. We also have a few camping items such as a grill and a few cooking pots and pans in the small shed near the G2G trail

We purchased this farm in 1998 from the previous farmer who had owned it since 1929. The train line ran right by the gate where the Kota hut now sits and would drop cattle right there to be finished and sold later at the Toronto Stockyards. Our barn was built in 1890 with the old farmhouse located across the creek. Two creeks meet the Grand River on our farm. The bunkie is situated north of the barn and faces Willow creek. During the summer the creek gets quite shallow but there are a couple of pools that work nicely for a float with our river tubes. The river also has a small swimming hole. The bunkie is nestled between 2 hills which creates a natural little valley. Campers can take a walk around the property or use the nearby long walking trail. New this spring, campers will be able to enjoy the firewood sauna, located close to the bunkie and nestled in a private spot near the creek.

Super cool spot! Private, cosy, silent and pitch black at night, awesome ventilation in the sleeping loft. The bunkie is an awesome build, and the main sitting area has a really comfortable vibe (rug, couch, blanket, map of the bruce trail). We loved it. Just stopped in for a night on a longer journey, but would absolutely come back.

This Bunkie is perfectly situated for easy driving right up to the door if you needed.

We had a lovely time at the Pinecone Bunkie. Privacy, quiet, Clean and nice. So close to Long Point and so easy to get there from our Bunkie. The Bunkie was clean and quaint...nice fire pit, comfortable beds, room for everyone to relex and enjoy our time. Dogs had a great time too, they can't type so they are barking their review and I can't understand them. Our Bunkie will be reserved again!

My friend and I had a lovely stay the end of February. The Strawbale cabin was absolutely gorgeous. It was nice and cozy with the wood stove and we were supplied enough wood to keep us toasty during our stay. The outhouse was very cute and did not have an odour. We met one host on our arrival and she was very friendly. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone. Stayed with dogs and horses. Eggs, honey and note were a lovely personal touch.

Weekend Trip to Forest Cabin

The forest cabin was everything I’d hope for and more. I wanted a place to get away and reconnect with nature and that’s exactly what I got out of my stay. I went for hikes through the property, got to play with the sheep and the dogs! And like others have said in their reviews, by far the best outhouse I’ve ever soon! I would 100% recommend staying here! I’ll be back to check it out in the spring or summer!

2 nights at Forest Cabin

Everdale is a special place! The straw cabin is simple, comfortable and so quiet! I felt safe as a person going there solo and walked their well loved and cared for land extensively. It was an education as well in that they have a regenerative farm. Being a long time gardener myself, it was interesting to read the sign posts on my walk explaining different aspects of regenerative farming and the lands ecology. I'll definitely come back and in the colder months, be sure you're comfortable keeping the woodstove going, you may need to split wood, etc. Also, being solar powered, if it's a cloudy day, the lights may go off early. I was glad I brought a battery operated lamp. Great place, great feeling there.!

Very nice little cabin, is part of a larger property, but still plenty of privacy. Mornings are very cold around late September, recommend to bring a blanket if you’re here around this time of year. I had cell reception and was ~15 minute drive to a mall near by. The fire pit was wonderful. Would recommend.

Fantastic little well-equipped bunkie with excellent privacy on a quiet and spacious lot! Chris and Denise were wonderful and very easygoing hosts who ensured our group had what we needed and gave us a quick tour of the site before giving us free range for the duration of our stay. The shop has an impressive array of trailers onsite to gander at while there, and the shop building bathroom was a nice luxury to have for group camping. Loved our time there, a very unique spot to spend some time.

We enjoyed our stay so much we'll definitely be returning. Good amount of wood supplied and easy to grab another bag. The outdoor kitchen was so well stocked and clean. The outhouse as well. I could go on and on, but I don't want you booking one of our future stays there.
