Free of charge ... we will do anything possible to make your stay comfy and relaxed. Please note - firewood is available for an extra fee (we prefer if you don’t bring your own since some can be infected with invasive species and we try to protect the area as much as possibles). Firewood is $6.00 a bag and typically includes starters and kindling) depending on the local supplier we use. Coming in the summer - fire pits - bunkies - GLAMPING - and more but for now - come walk / hike our endless trails lined with black berry bushes and wild strawberries along our “secret garden” and enjoy absolute privacy and solitude knowing we are sort of nearby if you need anything at all. We have very skilled trail guides and coaches on staff and we offer husband horses for those in the know :) We don’t have any set prices for trail rides yet so give us a shout and we’ll work it out but typically we offer lessons at - it’s difficult to price not knowing skill levels and staff required to support your experience so we hope you understand. Mostly we want you to come - unload your baggage and walk into our little slice of heaven ... we call it respite for your soul and we think you’ll think so too. Weekend Trip to Cozy Forest Dome

We had a wonderful stay at Fran’s place! She was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The tent was beautifully set up with all the amenities we could ask for — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully organized. Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect peaceful escape. There are two fire pits to enjoy, and the property is filled with unique art and sculptures that added so much character and charm to the experience. The sound of rain at night while we were tucked into the tent was truly the cherry on top — so calming and magical. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in nature with a touch of creativity and comfort, we highly recommend Fran’s place! We’d absolutely stay again.

We stayed for a quick overnight visit. Fran was very accommodating and the communication throughout our stay was great. Fran has a very nice property, we wish we had more time to explore but or schedule didn't allow for it. We did get a chance to check out her incredible art work, which is a very nice addition to the dome and the grounds. We would def book again in the future.
