We brought our trailer and stayed over night. We had a perfect view of the movie screen right from out site. The concession stand/building was way more than expected, with plenty of snacks and foods to choose from. the entire experience was fantastic, and we cant wait to go back!

Great value and a cute spot right off the highway. Perfect for a stopover on a long trip. The host was extremely friendly and even came out to help us set up our tent in the dark. I would highly recommend this place. As some people have mentioned, it is right beside the highway and it is quite loud - having earplugs was helpful!

Actually everything went wrong lol which made it something to remember. It was my boyfriend’s first time going to a drive in. And he’s not use to real camping so this was amazing to me lol
We arrived later and were let in around 630
I brought the smaller tent and my larger air mattress. The air mattress did not fit into the tent or into the truck. We got a spot for the movie and his trucks interior lights wouldn’t go off. I had to have my foot up due to it being broken. So I had to use both our chairs and he sat on the ground. Couldn’t hear most of what was being said but could follow the movie. Eventually it got too cold and wet so he had to use a chair and my foot swole up. Intermission Boyfriend found a way to trick the latch so the lights would go off but got the hook he used got stuck. We Had to tie the truck shut and use bolt cutters when we got home. We had to use all our blankets for under us for a softer sleep in the back of the suv, leaving us cuddling for warmth.
He kept saying before we even started this is so much work. He jinxed us!! But we would definitely come back. Lots of space to choose a nice spot for the tent. Big fire pits. Friendly staff. Great price. Thinking next time the big tent lol

We had an amazing weekend at Boonie’s Drive-In! The atmosphere was quiet, welcoming, and family-friendly, and the owner even took time to chat with us. The food was excellent and well priced — the fries are a must-try! Our favorite part was introducing the younger generation to a tradition the older generation has always loved. Bathrooms were clean, everything was tidy, and everyone was respectful. We’ll definitely be back and plan on bringing more family in the future!

Owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. Movie was good, food was decent over priced though. Excellent price for the spot for two nights. It is right beside the highway, so a bit loud for nature camping. Would recommend for experience though.

Ziggy is a sick dude, in the best way. His property is perfect for the applications on site. The drive in is perfect, the camping was great. Free pool table in the venue. Bathrooms were clean. Ziggy made us feel more than welcome, loved trading stories with him. Fucking sick place. Will be back.

Boondocks camping at the Boonies drive in was perfect. Camped Saturday afternoon and watched the movies under the stars. People laying in backs of pickups and cars just a cool setting. Using your vehicle radios for audio. Ziggy is a great host and took care of our needs, great burgers and pizza and other foods with a rec. hall with games to keep everyone happy. Highly recommend 👍👍

My children and I had a great time at Ziggy's. We live an hour away, so it was very nice to be able to camp overnight after watching 2 movies. Ziggy even came out to give my car a boast at 1:30 in the morning. Thank you, Ziggy!
