The property consists of a 6 acre lot right on the beach and an 145 acre wood lot right across the street. The beach is sandy at low tide and ideal for swimming, canoeing, bird watching, etc. The wood lot has a cabin on it and groomed walking trails. It is inhabited by a wide variety of wildlife. The property on the beach is bordered by a small brook and a variety of water fowl come to feed, rest and bathe. Nova Scotia can be seen on the horizon.

You can bring your tent, RV, van or camper and choose from 4 fantastic sites. 1-30 amp service, 2 roadside non-serviced as well as one privative forested site and 3 tent sites. All sites are equipped with a fire pit and access to our outhouse restroom. Wood is available for purchase if you didn’t bring your own! We are currently fencing in the entire property to make it a dog/cat and livestock safe area so pets can enjoy a safer experience . This will be done in stages so hang tight with us until this is completed. You can also explore New Brunswick with a drive on Acadian Coastal Drive ·Appalachian Range Route · Fundy Coastal Drive · Miramichi River Route or Fundy Coastal Drive Stop by and visit Murray Corner Provincial park for a swim and watch the tide roll out. Looking to see multiple provinces?? We are in the perfect spot to see all of what the East coast has to offer. View PEI’s spectacular Confederation Bridge from the shoreline and take a drive to PEI which is only minutes from us. Mainland Nova Scotia is less than a 30 minute drive and if your adventurous and want to drive the Cabot Trail then you can reach Cape Breton Island in under 2 hours! Catch a Ferry to Newfoundland if your heart desires. PEAK SEASON (May 1- Sept 31) OFF GRID (Oct 1 -Dec 31 and March 15 - April 31) CLOSED for winter (Dec 31- March 14) There is no potable water on site however, we do have an out building with compostable toilet, shower/change area. The property was beautiful and Helmut was very friendly. We felt welcomed right away and loved the ocean views, especially at sunset. We had a short stay but loved every minute of it❤️. We would definitely go back again and would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you to Helmut and his family for sharing their private property with those of us looking for a little seclusion in the sunshine, under the stars and by the water.

I had a fantastic time at this spot and thanks to helmut our host he made it that jeun better. We ended up staying 1.5 days due to the heavy wind and the fire ban (both out of our hosts control) but he was very helpful setting up our tents, providing us with his bbq in his garage to cook and offered us a place through a neighbor friend who wasn’t far either. I would definitely and highly recommend helmut and this space. We drive from montreal just to see the ocean and Ute as worth it. Also-the stars at night were amazing. You can really appreciate the clean air, the minimum pollution and traffic in this province and the time and space to connect to nature. Thank you Helmut for such a great time.

Highly recommend. A great spot, overlooking the “Baie Verte,” right on the ocean. Host Hrlmut is a wonderful guy, super hospitable, and clearly loves the land he is stewarding. The potable water, picnic table, and fire pit are nice touches. Usual summer mosquitos are present.

Evan is building a great little campground. We were very happy with our stay! We really loved the fact that there was rental trailers there so that our friends could camp with us for the weekend. They had a lot of toys available for kids, which was great for our group. The sites were very clean and nice and level! The firepits were a really nice size too! Evan and his family were very nice and he checked in on us a couple times just to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience and great weekend! We will be back for sure!

Site one is great with excellent tree coverage and trails through the woods and the field to walk/run through. Hosts were super sweet and nice :) the water is quite far away (about an hr walk) and you can hear cars from the road at camp site 1 but the beautiful camp area makes up for that 100% brought a dog and three young kiddos and they loved it!! Also so many fireflies it was beautiful!
