This cabin is located on a remote island is only accessible by water taxi, private boat, kayak or canoe. The water taxi runs Monday, Wednesday, Friday in the summer months and costs $115 per adult one way. It is not unusual to see whales and other wildlife on the journey to Read Island on this boat trip! Located a 10 minute walk from the ocean, this private tiny home cabin offers visitors a unique authentic off-grid island experience. Explore the ponds and enjoy special nature trails. Relax in nature and savor wild life observations. Connect to nature during beach visits, hiking trails and swimming at the lake.
The tiny home features a queen bed in the loft, twin bed downstairs, outdoor shower, full kitchen with bar fridge and propane range. A sauna (if fires permitted) composting toilets and outdoor showers are available.
Use the tiny home deck to gather and eat under the sun and stars. Relax in the comfy patio furniture or chill out in a shady hammock. Campfires are allowed in the fire pit when permitted.
