We also live on the property and are fully sustainable, solar-passive and eco and are situated next to native bushland. The camping area is easily accessible and 10 minutes to town or Yallingup or Smiths Beach. It has two beautiful large lemon-scented eucalyptus trees that not only shade the area in the afternoon but also create a lovely fresh scent. Watch the sunrise or sunset through the trees, enjoy the vivid stars at night and enjoy a bushwalk next door, or stroll down to fabulous Commonage Coffee and Yallingup Chocolate or later...Marq Wines for superb wine and cheese under the trees. The awesome Wild Hop Brewery is just a quick drive or a 40-minute walk. Our property is ideal for outdoor/adventurer adults who want a quiet getaway in nature. Somewhere to enjoy a beautiful sunrise and evening. We are all-inclusive and look forward to meeting some like-minded souls who love and appreciate nature... We encourage you to... Ground yourself in nature... Embrace the feral. We are still just trying this out in a new space on our land, so please be patient with us. Barry is our quaint 1968 14ft Safari Baravan (rare WA-built caravan) set under the two large lemon-scented eucalyptus trees looking out to native bush and trees. Has a comfy double bed, couch, boho cushions, and a bar fridge. Barry is ideal for a single traveller or couple who can cozy up together. The great thing about Barry is that she (yes, she) is powered and has been renovated into a gorgeous boho getaway space located just 10 mins from both Dunsborough and Yallingup Beaches and within a short walking distance to a coffee shop, Yallingup Chocolate and our favourite wineries. What’s Included: - Firm double bed - Small couch with cushions - Wardrobe - Various tea/coffee/small milks. - Lavazza pod coffee machin - Small bar fridge - Crockery/Cutlery - glasses, wine glasses, mugs, small plates, bowls, cutlery, tongs, and spatula. - Outdoor table - Cleaning supplies (dish liquid, cloth, tea towel, spray + wipe) What to Bring - Towels - Washing up - Gazebo if needed What to Know: - Barry is located in the Stable Yard area - Extra guests - If you'd like friends/family to join you, there is space for them to pitch a swag or to camp in their rooftop tent next to Barry -Barry’s hinges have seen better days and she's a bit rough and rusty around the edges. But we still love her so please treat her gently. : ) We are a sustainable, eco, off-grid, solar-powered property on fresh rainwater. We also live on the property in our sustainable home nearby. We are 100% self-sufficient with water and power, so we ask you to please keep your showers to an eco-friendly length and turn off power at night. Our property is for those looking for some peace after a day of adventuring in our incredibly beautiful South West WA region. Yallingup Beach is 8 mins away. Dunsborough town is 8min drive. Close to many popular local wineries, and breweries the best coffee is within walking distance 10-15 minutes. Some of our favourite nearby locations are: Marq Wines - they make great cheese platters where you can sit amongst the trees with a glass of wine. Deep Woods Winery, Happs Wines + Commonage Pottery, Goanna Gallery + Bush Cafe for a great lunch or breakfast. Wild Hop Brewery. Very popular and a lovely place overlooking a dam. Be sure to book this one for lunch, the chicken is awesome + the beers are strong, you can walk but it's maybe a 3 min walk. Aravina Estate - you can just go for a casual pizza on the lawn without a booking. We look forward to having you on our beautiful calming property...for some down south serenity. We love Barry. Barry is our quaint 1968 14ft Safari Baravan (rare WA-built caravan) set under the two large lemon-scented eucalyptus trees looking out to native bush and trees. We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Stable yards. Nay was incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable about the local area. She has a beautiful friendly dog Ziggy and we loved the outdoor shower

The Stable Yards Camping
We loved camping at the Stable yards! Nay welcomed us and she was really friendly. Ziggy is such a sweet dog too! We also love the outdoor shower, and the toilet was clean. Location is perfect as it is close to wineries, cafes and town. Will go back here and bring my friends 🥰

Clean tidy and just what we needed to come back to after a day exploring the dunsborough and margs regions. Shower and toilet made life easier than bush camping. Convenient access to the road and a short trip to everywhere.

Barry | Our 1968 Vintage Caravan
We stayed two nights in Barry the 1968 caravan which was cute and well set up with cutlery and crockery etc. The outdoor shower was a treat and had a beautiful view up to the gum trees, birds and blue sky. Ziggy and Ziddles are good friends and enjoy meeting the visitors especially if you come with a carrot in hand. The location is great with an excellent brewery nearby and the beaches just 10 minutes drive. Thanks Nay for welcoming us to your relaxed home.

Really lovely and tranquil camping spot conveniently located near wineries and beaches. There is some traffic noise during the day but no issue at night so we slept soundly. Nay is a gracious and friendly host. Enjoyed the company of their friendly dog Ziggy and horse zoodles. It's a simple campsite but has everything you need for a very reasonable price.

We loved tent camping at Nay’s property. Starry skies, romantic sunrises, and lovely little touches from Nay made the trip extra enjoyable. Amazing views and pretty walk to wineries. We had an amazing time and can’t recommend Nay’s place highly enough.

Loved this spot! Was perfect for exploring the Margaret River Region. So many great wineries and the brewery is close as well. It’s quiet and we felt so welcome. Ziggy the dog and Zid the horse were also very welcoming! The facilities were great and the open shower amongst the trees was so nice. The perfect place to set up your next camp.

Great little get away

Great little area to set up camp for a few nights. Thankyou Nay for letting us stay. Loved seeing your dog and horse each day. Shower and toilet where a bonus to have on site. Would love to come back in winter and be able to sit around a camp fire.

I really enjoyed my short stay at the Stable Yards. Friendly, helpful host (Nay), plenty of space, nice soft ground to sleep on, hot shower, communal fridge (and power to charge stuff), easy access to beautiful beaches and the occasional visit from Ziggy the dog.

Sorry I can’t recommend this site. It is a small dirty sandy patch next to a busy road. Fly screen door only on toilet. Building works being done. Owners dog sniffing at your food and barking at night. Overpriced ++. We moved to a proper campsite after just one night of our planned 4 night stay.

We stayed here for our first night of our road trip and it was just perfect in every way. Nay was so welcoming and met us at the gate when we arrived. Such a cute spot to stay, and the big fire pit in the middle would be amazing during the colder months. The outdoor shower though was a highlight of our entire trip - the hot water in the cold night with the entire milky way visible above was nothing short of magical (we would stay again just for another shower in there!). We HIGHLY recommend staying here, and if we were local to WA we would be regulars. Thankyou to Nay for the wonderful experience xx

We had the most wonderful time here. The tent was great, very comfortable, clean and spacious. The outdoor shower was lovely and were able to use the power from the bathroom was very convenient. Such a great spot, super close to Dunsborough beaches and such a beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. Ziggy was also super friendly and great company!

We loved camping at the boho tent. It’s beautiful inside, outdoor shower is a nice added touch. Definitely would recommend staying, Ziddles and Ziggy are very friendly, plus Nay was very welcoming and accommodating too! Would stay again :)

Great spot - love the outdoor shower underneath the stars! Enough space for our car and tent set-up even with all the spots taken up for both nights we were there. Friendly dog and horse on-site too. Toilets were great and camp spot 1 definitely had some shade, camp spot 2 is a little more exposed to the elements but there is a gazebo you can hire for cheap from owner. Overall, very happy and would recommend to all :) (central location too).

The tent is placed in a beautiful spot, overlooking the amazing trees and friendly horse. Nay does a wonderful job of setting up the tent to make it feel homely and rustic. The outdoor shower was our personal favourite, water temperature was spot on. We where greeted with a warm welcome both from Nay and Ziggy. Would highly recommend to other people as long as they have camping gear such as a cooktop and fridge.
