Our 50-acre off-grid property is a peaceful mix of rolling farmland, open pasture, and natural features. Friendly cows graze the paddocks, while a spring-fed soak and a dam provide a haven for birdlife and a quiet place to unwind. On the edge of the farm, the land meets Queenwood State Forest, offering direct access to endless walking trails, seasonal wildflowers, and spectacular orchids in spring. The elevated areas of the farm enjoy stunning views across the valley and surrounding hills, with wide skies making starry nights a highlight. Life here is simple and seasonal – we grow veggies, collect fresh eggs from our free-range hens, and tend to our beehives. Quiet and spacious, the property offers a beautiful balance of farmland charm and natural bushland, making it a relaxing place to slow down and connect with nature. Please note: the laneway from the road has an average slope of 12%, with a short section reaching up to 17%. Camp fires are permitted until the 1st of November 2025 due to the Shire of Dardanup restricted burning period. Follow us on Instagram @theperrylandfarmSet on the edge of a 50-acre property, this 3/4 acre (3000m2) fenced campsite sits on the side of a hill with a stunning north-eastern outlook across the valley and beyond. Your nearest neighbour is our farmhouse (about 500m away across the valley), where we grow veggies, collect fresh eggs, and produce honey – seasonally available for campers to enjoy. A short stroll from your site takes you to our dam, a great spot for a refreshing swim, a gentle paddle in a kayak, or simply relaxing by the water’s edge. Please note water levels naturally drop over summer. Step straight from the property into Queenwood State Forest, with endless tracks to wander, wildflowers to discover, and spectacular orchids in bloom during spring. Non-potable water is available from a 110,000 tank situated at the site. Dogs are welcome! They can be off-lead within the fenced campsite, but must remain on a lead or within your control outside this area for their own safety and the wellbeing of our resident animals. Doggy Daycare available upon request. Camp fires are permitted until the 1st of November 2025 due to the Shire of Dardanup restricted burning period.
