Overpriced with no amenities
We planned on staying 3 nights, but left one night early. You must be self contained (no toilets at site), which is generally fine, but not for 30$ per night. The public toilets at the oval are a 10 min walk away. The advertised water is from a rainwater tank, which you have to climb over a fence with a no entry sign on it.
The dogs are nice, but be prepared to have them sitting beside you while you try to enjoy some food. The whole area is fenced in and you have to open two gates right beside the hosts caravan, which made us feel like we were locked in. Also we had no cell reception.
On the plus side, the local tavern is really good and the camp is only 20 mins away from Wharton beach, which is just amazing.
